The storage facility, management, and overall experience of renting from Secure Storage has been amazing. This was the first time I rented a unit in my life so I was a little worried. However, Secure Storage made this process seamless and stress free.

Family oriented.. will work with you if you get behind in your payments.. .. they do it NOT want to sell your things

Some false advertising going on here. Firstly since renting for a year here, the gate was out TWICE. The first time it was out, it was out for over a month - not what I call "secure" exactly (this used to be a Secure Storage facility). The pictures show paved areas but most of the units are on gravel outside of the unit, so anything on wheels will need to be carried. Forget about using hand trucks. The real cherry on top was the place being sold to new ownership in the summer and new ownership not only raised rates but imposed insurance fees on top of regular rent that was NOT a part of any original contract. So basically they extorted extra fees out of their customers without any recourse. Shady business practices and once your stuff is in there, you are at their mercy. Avoid, avoid, AVOID.

This place has boosted rates to about 50% higher than other storage units. Their customer service is poor, requiring multiple calls or emails from customers before getting replies and/or action. I’ve been wholly dissatisfied since Stormark assumed ownership.

Since they became Stormark, they have made people pay for insurance. This should be optional! Also, new rentals prices have gone way up. Now they have gone up on rent.
