Dunkin'

We just got a few donuts and a coffee and a latte in drive-through. The parking lot was a little weird. But other than that the drive-through attendant was super friendly.

Everything went quickly and smoothly. And the donuts were fresh and delicious.

We almost didn't go because we saw it didn't get very good reviews. But everything went smoothly and was delicious.

Always love coming here. I stop often and they are always so friendly even when I know they’re slammed! Drinks always turn out super delicious. I tend to try new flavors and they always ask about them which is always a fun interaction!

I judge all Dunkin’ Donuts by the chocolate cream filled donut. I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts that barely put a pea sized amount of chocolate cream in this donut, and I’ve been to a handful of places that put a worthy amount of the cream in it. But the breakfast point Dunkin’ Donuts in Panama City Beach is the king! The young lady at the register told me that the manager filled them this morning. This manager is my hero.

The staff greeted us when we walked in. It was very nice. They were very helpful. Service was fast. Nice atmosphere. I'm going back tomorrow.

My FAVORITE spot to use as a mobile office! It is always quiet but its SUPER cold so bring a jacket. The employees are exceptionally nice and go above and beyond my expectations!

This location has some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a Dunkin. They're always smiling and seem truly happy to see their customers. I would give this location 10 stars if I could.

Thwy have the sweetest workers at the drive through, and Im there every morning and every one of them are so nice to me, they have a happy positive tone in their voice rather than other drive throughs who seem to hate it.. the coffee is the best, and they have a $3 breakfast wrap sooo worth it. But I wanted to give 5 stars today as that happy service is hard tocome by. Great people, thank you all!

I have two kids and this lady who works the register here was so wonderful that upon us returning my son was so excited to see the women who "sugars the kids up". The phrase she said to them when we came the first time. So sweet and really good at bonding with the costumers. We returned because of her and came inside rather than the drive through. And we will return before leaving Panama. You have a great worker on your hands. I didn't catch her name but she had I believe blue green hair. So friendly.

Your average Dunkin! The lady didn't look like she wanted to be there, but coffee and doughnuts were decent.

I really love Dunkin because everything they sell taste amazing and I really like that they have the charli.

Aretha I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong.... But this lady makes me the most amazing HOT cup of tea, being British and a lover of hot tea! This lady was quick to accommodate and was very chirpy and smiling the whole time. Great conversation great atmosphere a definite must go!

The girls there today Ashley and the beautiful light skinned girl (Melody I think) were awesome. I know they had low reviews here, but these ladies got my order right even though I know I can be “a lil difficult”! Thanks ladies for listening and being patient, getting my order right, and replacing my daughters drink when she didn’t like it. She had never had it before, and they quickly replaced the drink, allowed us to keep the other one, which I will give to my son “Mikey, he’ll like it”, lol!

My favorite Dunkin hands down. They remember my coffee. Always take care of me. Not just one person but the whole team. I enjoy seeing these faces first thing in the morning BEFORE I've had my coffee!!

Great staff and great food

This location has a secret...and his name is Smiling Randy! If you get anywhere close, it's worth the stop in to be greeted by him. The man doesn't have a bad day and if you are having one, go say hello to him and you will leave with a smile. Thank goodness there are still people employed that truly appreciate their job and the customers they serve.
