The guys have always been friendly and helpful when I come into the store. They have a good variety of products.

We have been visiting at PCB this week and took our boat. First day the winch broke. unfortunately the winch stand was dissimilar to any of the winches available locally so I had to modify a stock winch which required some unusual stainless steel hardware. I went to Flagala Do It Best for help and the gentleman there walked me through everything i needed to make this repair. I got back to the boat and had it fixed in 10 minutes. I so much appreciate the help this sales gentleman gave me and it certainly helped save our Vacation!! 10 stars if I could!!!

I may have been skeptical due to the previous reviews, but I can honestly say don’t listen to any of that nonsense, these guys are awesome. This place is a hardware store yes, but they have all the essentials needed to start brewing beer. I literally walked in an was immediately helped by one of staff that genuinely wanted meet all of my needs. I highly recommend this place and it is well worth a visit! They have won over a loyal customer!

Great customer service, and all the goodies you'd expect from a hardware store. I hope the day never comes that big box stores put the little guy out of business, because finding actual hardware (nuts, bolts, machine screws) is only possible at the hardware store!

Flagala is the epitome of your 'local' hardware store. If they dont have it, they will help you get get it, if they can. The gentlemen that work there are always helpful and friendly.. even something as simple as getting a key made is a pleasant experience and makes you smile.

It's time to write a review on this locally owned hardware store. It is the best! Matt and Dave give expert advice on everything from electrical repairs to swimming pool issues. Go to Flagala instead of one of those giant corporate warehouse stores to find an item you need, because these guys will find it for you and give you options!!!! It's even DOG FRIENDLY!

I’ve been using FLAGALA for the 5 years that I have been living here in PCB. I’ve always had great customer service from Matt and several other gentlemen that have worked here over the years. They helped me with a pool issue when I first moved here and I have been buying all pool supplies from them since.

The atmosphere and customer service at Flagala is so completely different than anywhere else that it’s hard to explain. A family owned business with the buying power of Ace Hardware. Employees take time to answer questions and treat everyone like family. For lack of better words, it’s like visiting a “hardware barbershop”. If that makes since. You should stop by and check it out.

I didnt catch the mans name but he exhibited saintly patience while I tried to get a functioning method of payment after my debit card went missing and credit card chip malfunctioned. I think he waited for some 45 minutes while I collected myself. Much appreciated.

Great selection, prices,and convenience

Worth the extra 30 cents, as opposed to going to Walmart, Lowes, etc. to have someone actually helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. You also don't have to buy a whole bag of screws when you only need one .

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have my pool water tested here regularly and follow their recommendations. My pool is always beautiful and clear!

I specialty lock and trim work. Sometimes I'm out of town, don't know where to find what I need, asked some one and they recommended Flagala, I'm glad he did. I walked in discribed my delima the best way I could, in two minutes the OWNER and I had a working permanent fix. That's why I often will pass by the big box stores and search out a HARDWARE store, especially one that's been there for many years. Patronize them, get to know them, in the long run it will save you time and money, and who knows you might gain a new friend.

This is a great hardware store. Much better than the big box stores, the people are helpful and they carry little things that other stores don't. Definitely recommend
