The customer service from being greeted by the young man as we walked in and asked if they could be of help was gracious and kind. The young lady was so kind and professional. Great store!

I love famous footwear! Not only are the prices great but I've always received great customer service. They even looked up my coupon I had forgotten at home and applied it to my sale! Amazing!
