Recent visit to this PO turned out saving me a few dollars. The cheerful gal at the counter, told me of a cheaper way to send an important letter. She saved me a few dollars and helped with filling out the address.

Great costumer service, thanks to the beautiful lady in the front for the help today . They have really nice ladies working there, I don’t know their names but they are very helpful and kind, God bless all.

They hardly ever deliver mail on our street
not sure what the problem is but they should take time to fix it. Have not gotten mail in four days now. But if you check your usps app it shows you are support to be getting mail.

Sorry to say but 3 x or more now in past 3 weeks our mail is being brought over by our neighbors from there home where it has been going ? Why idk..but in ceramic tile large letters white & bright it says clearly our address & for the life of me I can’t understand how this could keep happening by the mail carrier who does east Filbert st Archbald

We have the absolute best mail delivery person, missy , whatever is wrong with the postal service however needs fixed ASAP. . mail service was excellent until 5 years ago, TIME FOR DEJOY TO BE FIRED . and get back to service excellence

Too many packages are claimed to have been delivered only not to me. Twice this has happened. We have a doorbell camera so I know it's simply not being delivered to me. Thankfully they held my last shipment for me to pick up

Horrible service... Mail go's missing & it's the mailman fault they'll tell u they'll investigate & never respond to u... Mail always arrives & they'll send it out next day when it's was paid priority express!!!

I watched the mail delivery on my doorbell camera walk up and drop one package and then put a slip in my mailbox that said delivery attempted but no one was home. She never even tried to knock or ring the doorbell. The slip was filled out in the mail truck before they even came up the side walk. Ridiculous.

By far the worst USPS of all time. Packages will always arrive late. Packages will be told that there was no door entry to the apartment. I literally live 100 feet away from the post office and I get messages that delivery attempts could not be made because they couldn’t find the address. This is ridiculous already.

Edit: thank god we are moving because it is still happening to this day with them not able to find our address after three years on and off. Literally one job to do
