KFC

Changing my rating. Depends on who's working and who's preparing the food apparently. The girl who took my order Jess she was very polite and aiming to please in every way. She even told me the chicken proportions today were a good size. Maybe the last time we ate here was a fluke with a teeny weeny chicken the size of my finger. Very happy with today's service.

My nephew and I came here and had a chicken tender combo and a sandwich. The service was great. They did forget my BBQ sauce but as soon as I brought it up the man was quite apologetic and immediately handed me it.

This location is not my favorite however the friendly staff are very accommodating and always quick. The food is always correct, I've never had an issue with an order & its also amazingly good! One of my top 3 for fast food (KFC in general) for sure!

I moved from city to upstate. In city KFC they were very lazy with the famous bowl... very dry and no flavor.
I stopped ordering it.
Took a drive from upstate ny to Pennsylvania were we stopped at this KFC.
I have say now I crave the famous bowl once again. It was made with care and extremely delicious.
They forgot to put cookie in the bag but when I wemt inside to retrieve it they gave me two :)
If we ever swing back that way... we will most likely stop there again.

This particular KFC totally stunned me with their good natured friendly service. Never before have I been treated so well at a drive thru. From the person who took my order to the person who delivered my order i was assisted, thanked and wished a good day. Thank you Kfc service staff at Eynon Pa. KFC

Drive thru service was excellent as was the food. I always order family meals since my town doesn't have a KFC.

Probably my favorite fast food, best fried chicken anywhere in my opinion. Love the mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw too and I'm not even a fan of coleslaw, lol

I rather drive from west scranton to this KFC, than go to the ghetto one on Keyser. I got a free meal coupon sent to my email from the manager at Keyser, and i still wont go to Keyser! These ppl on the Scranton/Carbondale highway r awesome!

They even refunded myle when I sent my order to the wrong location so I could get it at the right one!

The Manager Chris went above and beyond to correct my order. He was so kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff , always clean, usually not crowded. One of my favorite lunch stops.

The man who takes orders is fabulous. Colored fellow. He knows his job and is an asset to KFC

I got the at a bad time as they were under staffed and had a wait time. They were up front and honest about the wait time and polite as anybody can ask.

Customer service was outstanding. We only had pot pies and they were great!
