This is a great McDonald’s. Clean. Fast service. Great food. Always happy to visit here. This McDonald’s used to be the worst in town. Thanks to new management it is now one of the best. Great job.

Don’t know what the mid reviews are about because this McDonald’s slaps. Staff was super cool and I showed up pretty close to closing time too.

Like to stop by here sometimes and get a quick meal to take back to work. The lobby is still open and the staff is helpful.

I ordered mobile pickup and was surprised at how quickly my order was brought out, complete with condiments, napkins, and even extra straws. Employees were friendly and the experience was overall very very good

Always a pleasure going to the McDonald's on Hardy Road in vinton Virginia never had a bad experience here

Busiest McDonald's but has the fastest service and is very clean. I've dashed a couple of times and picked up orders from this McDonald's to deliver, all around best fast food restaurant to pick dashing orders up at since they always have everything together and in a bag. Also a southern girl needs her sweet tea

Wonderful experience and the staff were very well mannered and focused on the customers. I was very shocked. I had never encountered such tentativeness. I'm definitely frequenting this location from now on and my regular store

The girl in the window is very respectful she always say have a Blessed day and always with. A smile I come just to hear her say have a blessed day one of the best workers you have there

Problem when ordering something from the app Is; when it's out, it doesn't tell you right away..ie the big mac sauce, I specifically ordered my burgers plain because I planned on using the Mac sauce, one of the workers actually poured me out some in containers, VERY much appreciated so I'm upping my personal rating.

Other than no chocolate for the milkshake and the McDonald's app was being awful, the visit was fantastic. The employees worked with me and it started off Sunday great.

Clean bathrooms, good service, and the staff is always nice to us..now get in there and eat.!!

Went late on a Sunday. Everything was clean. Employees were super friendly and food came out almost instantly. Food was hot and fresh, and order was completely correct. This is a smaller location, so there isn't a ton of indoor seating nor is there a play place. Bathrooms were clean enough.

Friendly and helpful staff always ensure that my food is correct even if I mess up on ordering it, with speedy service and good deals it's a great experience.

I frequent this location(maybe 2-3 times a month?) and my food is always fresh, hot and served fast. Today on my visit, the registers were completely down. Rather than turning away customers, or saying they could not help like most other chains would do, they offered one free meal per customer. This was a huge act of kindness I was really thankful for. The leader, Jay and the new girl who had only been there for two days handled it like champs(there were STILL people complaining) / as far as I’m concerned, this is the best ran location there is for miles. Thank you guys so much ❤

Always fast, accurate, and I never have any access issues with my Service Animal! They tend to be rather busy, but there isn't too long of a wait and my order is always correct!

These guys do a pretty good job. Fast and get my order correct . Can’t ask for much more than that.
