If it were possible, I would give this team 10 stars. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient! They provide answers, not excuses. Have not had any trouble and don't anticipate any either with our new phones or service. However, I am completely confident IF we do, one call or visit, and we will be well taken care of. This group of young people were so helpful when I bought a new I phone yesterday. They explained everything and helped me to maneuver around my new phone. They went over the coverage of T-Mobile with me so I understood the policy. They were polite and prompt and took care of me with no waiting. They are a very nice crew.

Stopped into the store last night at 7:00 wanting to upgrade two phones. The representative (Zack) was amazing! Not only did he facilitate the swap out and save us money, he also stayed past their closing time to make sure that everything was set up correctly on my new phone. Amazing customer service!

I was misinformed over the phone by a T-Mobile representative and when I went into the store Scott figured out after a lot of work on his part how to correct the situation for me. It was not his job, it was not his problem and he could of easily sent me on my way. But instead he not only helped me and corrected the company’s poor information coming from being online and phone to them. Thank you Scott for making my life so much easier!!!

After spending 2 hours with online support decided to stop into the store as I couldn't send text messages. After just a few minutes they recommended trying a new SIM card ( was never mentioned with online IT support) and it worked. Thankful for the team there that figured it out so quickly.

I went in with many unknowns, and my wife more than that. Greg was the main guy we worked with, and if he didn’t know the answers, he worked to find them. We caught them with a tall order close to closing, but it didn’t affect them at all to push past if needed. Nothing but good things to say thus far. If the service works as good as they did we will be golden!
