Absolutely love Claflin Auto! I have taken my Ford Fiesta here twice and they have been excellent. They are so speedy and super reasonable in price. They are also very professional. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone!

My experience with the Claflin auto center was fast, thorough, professional and complete. Service was done in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable for the complexity of the service performed. I highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs.

My AC has been broken for a while, I've taken it to different shops in past few years, some top up the freon, worked slightly better for a while and dead again, another just told me they couldn't figure out why. Claflin helped fixed the issue, stuff working here are very friendly and professional, keeping me informed about the progress. This is my go to shop for all future car issues.

I love the entire team at Clafin Auto! I have been taking my Ford Mustang here since I got it for regular oil changes, and before that I was taking my Hyundai Elantra here. The team always makes sure Im aware of any extra maintenance needed, but does not come up with random things that need to be fixed if its unnecessary. They are always affordable and timely- I work full time and do have to take time off to come in since they arent open on weekends, but its always a pleasant exepierence. My entire family gets services from Clafin.

We took in our 2015 Honda Odyssey because there was fluid leaking on the garage floor. They determined it was due to missing axle bolts, corrected the issue, and degreased the area. They did not even charge me for the labor!!! I have never experienced such an honest shop! You have a customer for life!

Tony Saves Christmas!!! I knew i had an exhaust leak. It got really loud one morning so i took it to Tony. Tony inspected it and said the leak was now a break on the Catalytic converter. We discussed for a little bit and a new cat was going to cost somewhere around $1k. The week before xmas. I was between a rock and a hard spot. Tony called back and told me upon further inspection it could probably be welded up. I found someone to Weld it up and it cost me $20. What a great guy!

Tony, Paige, and the whole staff are phenomenal. It is a highly recommended/certified shop that I found on Repair Pal dot com.

Call experience: Paige will answer and write down notes of your vehicle concerns. Tony usually calls immediately and will send you a quote via text message through a software called Shop Boss Pro. The software is great because there are four tabs at the top where you can see your Vehicle Inspection with pictures of the problem, and they break everything down in the invoice with how much the parts cost, plus the labor. The links never expire, so you have full time access.

Price: This shop has literally saved me hundreds of dollars. Tony explained that they are able to keep high standards and quality service due to their lower overhead costs. It is not as expensive compared to shops located along the highway because those properties cost millions of dollars, and the building rent is factored into the price you are paying. He’s also able to provide staff comparative pay and health benefits.

Driving up: The building is located in a gravel parking lot with other merchant warehouses. It is the far back building, on the left side.

Office and interior: The building is very clean, and has a rustic interior decor. The waiting room has a TV, Keurig, water dispenser, small snacks, coffee table, and chairs. Plenty of wall electrical ports to charge electronic devices. There is also a small activities table for children. For those waiting for a long time and working on their computer, I would recommend the facility to invest in maybe one of those foldable TV dinner tables, or a small desk. There is a room next to Tony’s office with a microwave and fridge. Tony’s office has a wall of car parts, which he uses for educational purposes. It was very useful in understanding what was going on with my vehicle. He takes the time to really explain, so that customers understand. He even showed me a video example. Not many repair shops prioritize teaching and education like that.

Loaner Car: If your vehicle is staying for a while, you can use their Nissan Sentra for free. They just need a copy of your driver’s license and insurance.

I’m extremely happy that I found a local shop to go to. Customer service goes beyond expectations. Thank you so much!!

We want to write this review to express our gratitude and appreciation for the work the team performed on our daily vehicle. We came in to do new front brake pads, rotors, and a wheel rotation. The team performed quality and quick work. After testing the brakes in various conditions, we can report the brakes work just as expected. The team has done quality work for us in the past and exceeds expectations. To reiterate the point, the team even put in air to a low tire we had, without us even asking or bringing it up. Thank you again.

I cannot say enough about how great this place was. The mechanics called me regularly to give me updates on my vehicle, they were always nice, prices were good and the service was done in a timely fashion. And they are honest! I took my car in twice and one of the times, the diagnostic was not able to find out an issue I was having. So since they didn't find anything, they didn't charge me for the diagnostic. That is rare as most mechanics would still charge that. Fantastic place. I will always go here for my mechanical needs.

Claflin is Fantastic and they have done amazing work on my Audi's. These guys are first class and probably one of the areas best kept secret. They are knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. Dont let the location fool you because once you step inside they will immediately put you at ease and gain your confidence. THE BEST!!!!!! These guys got my Volkswagen Passat 2012 running like brand new. They didn’t charge me an arm and leg and we all know German cars are very expensive to fix. Super Fair pricing. They will always work on my cars. THE BEST!

My son was out of town working and had a problem with his car. He's 18, so I (Mama) gave him a hand finding a shop and setting up an appointment. I can't say enough good about our experience. Tony was very thorough and communicated easily and effectively with my son and even touched base with me to make sure all questions were answered. He walked him through the whole process and was so patient with questions. It was very easy to feel comfortable with Claflin because Tony tells you what to expect, was very upfront, honest and then he exceeded all expectations by taking extra measures. It was a great experience!

I waited for a few months before I reviewed. I had a lot of major work done here. But they did a fantastic job, show absolute proof they changed the part and offer the actual price of the job. My truck had so many problems over the last year and the dealership took so much money from me. But I took it to Claflin I had some major repairs that had to be done costing thousands of dollars and they put my mind at ease, kept me informed took pictures and sent them to me. Plus they had my truck in and out in a day! Despite all they did they somehow got their hands on the parts and got my truck back to me. Seriously these guys are the best in the business

Was having issues with my battery connector & my car not starting. Stopped by today & they fixed it super quick. The guy was very nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return for any other issues.

Hands down the greatest mechanic shop I’ve ever frequented. Tony cares about his customers, doesn’t try to pull the wool over our eyes, and clearly wants the best for us. Claflin Auto was a pleasant surprise to a die-hard car enthusiast! I usually don't allow shops to work on my own cars as good shops are hard to find, and the real good ones charge to much. I usually perform all my own work, but being I love cars and have so many I decided to give Tony and crew a try upon a recommendation by my sister. Yeah my sister told me about Tony as he treated her so well and being she is usually scared to deal with mechanics as she fells most will rip a women off if they think they aren't knowledgeable. I brought in a car that I wanted to rescue from a previous owner who had neglected. Tony gave us a summary of the issue he notice outside of the things we originally wanted done. Needless to say after a month of sourcing parts, and talking on the phone way longer than I wanted to (cause I can't stop talking especially about cars) we now have our V8 4Runner back and can't be more please. Kudos to you and your crew for a fine job. We will definitely keep you in our minds for future work.
