Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I work right down the road from Freddy’s so I go fairly often. Every single time I leave full and happy. Their food is always hot and, as a picky eater with special requests, it’s always correct! I can always rely on them during my lunch break!

🙂I was so impressed with my dinner this evening. The quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. The fries were delicious, soft and the pattie was juicy. 🍔🍟I will definitely be back!♥

As it relates to a fast food restaurant, I am giving this restaurant a 5 star. The fries were very good and were very thin like shoe string fries and were seasoned very well. Additionally, the burgers were very thin and kind of crispy, but in a good way. They were also seasoned very well and had great flavor. Service was also good. The pricing is slightly higher than other similar restaurants at about $10 for the meal.

To the review from Rhonda below mine: Were you ever new at a job? Too bad you couldn't be patient and be kind. I can't comment on the fries but next time walk up and tell them the problem. 😮‍💨

My review today: I went through the drive through today and service was good.. The food was well prepared. Fries good and shakes full to top and tastey. My husband enjoyed the Chicken sandwich. Friendly and polite teen at the windiw too. See photos.

Food was fresh and delicious! The person who took my order didn't seem like he wanted to be there, but overall a fantastic meal!

Came by an hour till close and had a hotdog. First time experience and I enjoyed it. A little pricer than your typical fast-food but a nice restaurant to enjoy. Will be back again.

GPS for Google Maps gets confused when I park between multiple businesses but only go to two or three not all ten plus¿?

My whole family loves Freddy's! The staff is very nice and the burgers are great. They have delicious shoelace fries. My only request is that they add more flavors of custard. Right now they only have vanilla and chocolate.

Freddy's is the quintessential California style burger outlet. The service is exceptionally fast considering the long lines. Freddy's has replaced McDonalds as my go-to Burger spot!

I decide to visit freddy's steakburger today for my lunch and what a surprise, the burgers are delicious, the sweet tea have the right taste, and they have an excellent service, they are very friendly!!

Food was great. Ethan went out of his way to make us some piping hot fries. He added a bit of pepper to the fries too which were a nice surprise on the fresh hot fries! Thanks Ethan!

Though I rarely get the chance to have Freddy's food, I love it every time! I tried the bbq bacon pretzel steak burger and it was really good. I also tried their cheese curds. They were so crispy on the outside and ooy gooy on the inside. The staff were so nice and happy to answer questions I had about the new burger. Thanks Freddy's for a delicious meal and a great customer experience!

One of my favorite cheat meals. Their employees seem nice and the orders are accurate. The burgers are freaking delicious if you like thin steak style burgers, and the fries are thin and perfect. I’m from MI and it reminds me a little of Halo Burger :).

This place has a lot of mixed reviews but I’ve always had amazing experiences here! The managers and staff are always nice and patient. Their new French onion burger is AMAZING & the custard …CHEFS KISS!! Please go and try it for yourself!

I had an amazing experience the staff was friendly and swift the food was made to my liking even with the custom order and additives. MeKa the manager on duty made sure my order was correct warm and timely she helped me to the car with my order because it was large and gave great overall customer service.

Had an amazing experience! Food and service were top notch. I would’ve taken pics but everything looked and smelled so good that we dove right in. Spoke with one of the managers (Meka) about a minor issue and she was very pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the team and the management.

Wonderful place to get food. The worker Anthony incredibly hard working and makes the best sandwiches. Ten out of ten I recommend you come here to eat and ask for Ant. He’ll treat you right and make sure your food is alright on point.

I’ve never eaten at this restaurant until it was recommended to me. I went today and the food was amazing! Even through the rain, the employees were working hard. One of the Supervisors, Shatel, assisted me with some condiments that I needed. She had such a pleasant attitude. I will be back for sure.

Our first visit to Freddy's and it will definitely not be our last! Phenomenal burgers and the best concretes around! We shared a large PB and chocolate banana concrete and it changed our lives! We would absolutely recommend this as a top tier American fast food restaurant!

I am not the write a review kinda person, this is actually my first one! I am writing this review for a particular employee, Camilla. Camilla is recieving this review for her exceptional customer service. I stopped by the drive thru for a meal and accidently drove off leaving my debit card behind. I decided to let my kids eat their meals in the parking lot and as I was parking, I saw this employee bolting from the restaurant and across the parking. Camilla was flagging down a car at the nearby traffic light. My kids asked" why is she running the cars down?" I told them, I think someone left there card and she is trying to find them or maybe someone drove off without paying.

Minutes later, I saw her coming back toward the restaurant defeated with a receipt in hand. I decided to check my purse and sure enough it was MY card that was left behind. She saw my car and said, out of breath, "ma'am you left your card".

Oh, my God, what exceptional customer service! I am so thankful for her honest spirit becuse a lot of people would not have done this and probably would have charged as much as they could before I even realized it was missing. I don't live in the area and the thought of the hassle of having to cancle a card and wait for a new one was fully eliminated.
