Wendy's

A few years ago, it was really bad and the service was terrible. So I didn't go anymore, and I happened to buy some chili about a month ago and it was so delicious. The service was good and the food was generally good. Especially, the chili is the best. The hot chili I eat in the cold was great. I will continue to use it.

Just wanted to take a moment to give them a good review. We went through the drive-thru. Everyone was awesome and friendly. Even had the cold foods and condiments together, which often doesn't happen at other fast food places (minus a salad). The bags were also packed nice too. I appreciate it. Also Wendy's pay your workers a living wage please.

My experience at this particular Wendy's was interesting even though it was hectic and food was being left out once everything was accounted for it was fresh, hot, and delicious!

Donika (sorry if I misspelled your name) went ABOVE and beyond! I ordered via the app right before pulling into the parking lot and she had me pull up almost as soon as I got to the window so she could prepare my order! It was all 100% CORRECT and FRESH!!! GUGE SHOUTOUT FOR SURE AND I WILL RETURN!!!

We ordered in. Got four of the 4 for $4. They forgot the nuggets on two of the orders and two of the buggers were under cooked. The staff quickly corrected the mistakes and went above and beyond, they offered three frosties. 5 starts! Will come back again. They were so friendly as well.

The employees were outstanding and the food was the best I have ever had from any Wendy's in any state. Hot, fresh, fast. We dined in, only complaint is the ketchup dispenser was out, but no big deal, just got packets from counter.

I needed to give this location five stars just for customer service I came to get dinner for my family something fast on a Friday night. The drive thru had a steady flow you could tell new staff was being trained but the manager on site was professional, fast, kind, and supported everyone on her staff. Big shout out to Ms. Kila for running this establishment.

Normally Wendy's customer service is a bit lacking but our cashier today was exceptionally kind and helpful. Happy to see this change and thank you for the good experience!!

Go through the drive thru as it's always fast. The dining room needs an update. Wendy's never disappoints when you have a craving.

I don’t always have a good experience with this Wendy’s but tonight I went around 1 am and there was an incredible woman working in the drive through she had long(I think) black hair I didn’t get her name but she was incredibly kind and you could tell she was a good and hard worker. I’ve worked in fast food so I already know she wasn’t paid enough. Anyways just wanted to make sure management knows this beautiful individual made my night 🤍

Fresh. Hot. Fast. Great service. Reasonable pricing. Dine in or carry out. Listen people, I'm not big on fast food but this is the 1st time in the history of eating fast food that the food was hot. The fries, Hot! The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Hott! The Tea, cold and southern sweet. When I tell you from start to finish I enjoyed this meal, I mean I really enjoyed the meal. Try for yourself.

I think I’ve already left a review for this Wendy’s before but honest to God, this Wendy’s has got to have the best and nicest staff out of any Wendy’s in the country. I live nearby so I’m here often, and they’re just always so joyous and upbeat. Whoever runs this Wendy’s should be in charge of many more in the Charlotte area and it’s safe to say everyone on staff here deserves a raise and promotion/recognition. I’ve yet to have a less than nice, fast, efficient, experience here in 2 years I’ve lived nearby.

This place is everything you could hope for from a Wendy's. It's super close to my work, so I get lunch here fairly often. Their drive thru is fast, and they don't do that thing where you unwrap your burger and find out it's kind of falling apart and has a huge smudge of mayo on the outside of the bun. I appreciate their fast food craftsmanship.

The food tasted very fresh. The staff was very polite. The service was quick. All these contributed to a very pleasant experience.

This Wendy's always has good burgers. I got a salad and potato this time and it was good too. I'm not a fan of the lite sour cream or the "buttery spread" though. I'd really prefer real butter.

Quick breakfast one morning, the food was HOT and fresh.

Hadn't been here in a while but WOW service was FAST. Seriously. Food was ready and waiting for me when I finished putting away my credit card I used for payment. And surprise the food was fresh and good not something they had sitting around premade getting old and cold. Great Job!

Employees are great ..food wasn't hot though for some reason..still good but food could have been warmer. Usually food is nice and hot..I am certain should I have said something employees would have corrected this as they are awesome.

Found that must park and go inside to get the proper order ie well done fries or precise order or ability to check what goes in bag. Great what you get when you do that.
