Always a quick in and out, and very professional. The place we’ve gone to for years if simply too busy/booked up these days. Woodie’s takes me without an appointment and gives excellent service. Might be our new spot!

They were so nice, so quick, and the shuttle service was awesome! I was very grateful for the staff at the Indian Land location!

Dropped car off late morning. Had it by early afternoon. Had some thermostat issues along with other things. Check engine light on. Matt and Eddie were professional, prompt and explained everything clearly. Was also updated on progress of the job via their texting app. Very pleased. They even handled the warranty paperwork to get some of the job covered. 5-Star all around! Thx guys

Had an oil pressure switch deteriorate on me resulting in my truck absolutely pouring out oil at a ridiculous rate. Was lucky enough to be near this Woodie’s location. From the moment I pulled up they told me to pull my truck in, and as a team they immediately investigated my truck and got to work. Austin and staff were very accommodating and incredibly friendly, and they have a ridiculously cozy waiting room. Great and honest price. I can honestly say that, overall, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair spot.

Very convenient and The staff is informative. You do have to drop off your car but they will shuttle you within a certain radius. Pricing is very reasonable especially compared to the competition. I think I found my new place to get my oil changes and what not done

I was so apprehensive about going, but read so many positive reviews and talked with one of their employees over the phone. He was very pleasant, helpful, and understanding. I was able to book an appointment online with no issues and it sent text reminders about my upcoming appointment. When I got their the guy austin at the front desk could not have Been any nicer. Along with other gentlemen there. They replacements my lower control arms, did an alignment, replaced my damaged outer tie rods, and fixed the front suspension. Along with many other things. Austin was kind enough to explain everything to me and tell me about future repairs and the cost of it. These men are so honest and I am overall pleased. I can feel such a difference in my car. I will be coming back for future repairs and recommend them to everyone I know 😊 also they DO NOT overcharge they are very fair

We will never go anywhere else! The shuttle service is a Godsend for a mom with a toddler and I know I can trust their diagnoses. I got a quote from a Ford dealership and then came to Woodies for the first time for a second opinion. Long story short, we saved thousands of dollars by using Woodies, the work was done with excellence and I didn’t have to sit in their waiting room all day with my kid bored to tears. Their staff are warm and professional and get the job done right the first time. Thank you Woodies!

These guys have been taking care of my vehicles for years now. Between their customer service, accurate diagnoses, fair estimates and quality of work, I’ve never felt more comfortable with my vehicle maintenance. They also did a slam dunk job on a steering rack replacement on my 100 Landcruiser.

My husband and I had a great experience here! Duane and his staff were friendly, informative and very prompt. I was kept up to date with the vehicle’s progress through text, and Duane even reached out the day after to ensure that we were pleased with the experience. We’ve just moved from CO, and the service pricing is comparable to what we paid out there. The labor costs are a bit higher. There is also a complimentary shuttle service, which we will definitely utilize next time. I feel better knowing that we found a great car shop in our new home town!

Woodie’s is THE BEST. I trust them to give the best service and take care of all my automotive needs. Dealing with Kenny is great, and having David drive me home is always good for great conversation. Don’t hesitate to use them - they provide top-tier service.

I went to Woodies to get new tires and an alignment. I was so impressed with their customer service and the repairs. Prices were good, so I caught a ride home with their driver, and he came and picked me up when it was done. I definitely will be using Woodies for my auto work. They have a great team working there!

WOODIES FOREVER

If you’re like me, you probably dread the thought of buying a new car or having that car serviced at the dealership. By the grace of God I’m still driving a 2006 Honda CRV, one of the best cars I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning, and I have it serviced regularly. However, when I take it to the dealership where I originally bought it, I often feel like I’m being taken advantage of for parts and services that I may not really need. That came to an end today. I went to Woody’s on Carolina Hwy on 521 in Indian land, South Carolina. It was the best client experience I have ever had for any car that I have owned. The staff was incredibly nice, and very informative, and told me what I did need and what I did not need. I highly recommend them. And if you decide to wait for your car, in the back they have a very nice waiting area with a host of complementary drinks and snacks. It really can’t be a better experience.

I live in Florida. I was up in fort mill sc doing work for the week. My car broke down and I needed to get it repaired quickly because I needed to head back down home for my family and my other job.
I brought my car to another place first and I was told it would be done in 2 to 3 days. I then called woodies. I spoke with Tripp the manager and explained everything they happened to my car and what I thought needed to be done for repairs. He said get the car to them and they will get to it the next day. I went down to the shop and spoke to Tripp. He ordered the parts while I was with him and he said give him until the next day by 2pm. They were done by 130pm. Complete life saver!!!! I was so nervous picking up the car and driving straight down to florida but after what the staff said and me driving it, the car was perfect.
I highly recommend this establishment. Genuine knowledgeable and caring people. Thank you all for keeping me safe on my ride home. I truly do appreciate everything.

Gary at Woodies is amazing! He made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. I needed to replace my driver's side mirror on my old Cadillac (and the parts were discontinued). It would've been $800+ to get it fixed at the dealer. Gary called around to junk yards to find me a used mirror. When it came in the wrong color, he painted it himself. When all was said and done he saved me nearly $500. And all this took less than 36 hours from when I originally went in to get a quote! Such great service!

I have used Woodie's twice so far and both times were great experiences and fully felt like I could trust them. The first time, my car completely died in a parking lot and I ended up needing a new starter, alternator, and battery (I think there was something else, but I forget), but the price was reasonable and the work was timely. The second time I took my car just to get my transmission fluid flushed and they were great to me and didn't try to upsell me on anything else! I love them and plan on seeing them regularly. (Brownie points also because of my last name)

I had Woodies do a tire rotation and oil change on my 2018 Fiat 124 Spider. They were kind enough to drop me across the street to get some lunch while the work was being done. I anticipated an hour to get both jobs completed and they came in right on time. The price was what I expected, no surprises. This is a good solid team. I give them two thumbs up.

I had taken my car to the dealership for a repair that could "only be handled at the dealership" and they wanted almost $2K for the service. We decided to take my car to Woodies for a second opinion and I'm so glad we did. We ended up spending only $300. The folks at Woodies were honest and helpful, and called a few days later to follow up. They've got a customer for life here!

Woodie's Auto Service was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional. The team that really took their time to explain to me what was going on with my wife's Honda Odyssey. I’m obviously a tad biased, but I truly believe that every single one of the guys and gals at Woodies has their customers’ best interest at heart. On top of that, I can tell that they take pride in their work and love seeing customers walk out satisfied, with smiling faces.
