I had been struggling to repair my Jeep on my own for a month before a friend from the gym recommended I talk to Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive. I scheduled an appointment and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix my “unique” electrical issue. Communication between Chad and I was great and open. Provided free Uber rides home and picked up so I could get my car picked up when it was finished. They made all the arrangements. I live in Council Bluffs and 30 minutes away and they still payed.

Everything was ready when promised. They even discovered my rear brakes were in need of replacement. They installed new rotors and pads after draining and replacing all the fluids from the front bumper to the rear bumper. This is the best it has ever run. Accelerated was able to diagnose and fix an electrical issue I had with my truck for quite a while. We recently moved here from Colorado and 3 different shops were unable to find the issue. Chad found and repaired it quickly! I also asked them to check why my tires were wearing so unevenly. He found the issue and made the necessary repairs. Drives like a new truck. Highly recommend!

The folks at Accelerated Automotive are as helpful and honest as the day is long. Just last week, they looked at my nine year-old car with a host of things wrong with it. They did some diagnostics and then called me with the news that it was their advice that I trade in the car rather than have all the expensive repairs done. Now that is honest!

Locally owned shop with fantastic customer service. This place saved me hundreds of dollars after another shop said I needed a new alternator. The owner figured out the issue and the shop had it resolved in a matter of a couple hours. Trust these guys with your autos and money.

I highly recommend. We had some repairs completed on one of our work trucks. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to fix within the same day. They have honest pricing and provided very detailed information throughout the whole process. They will be our go to for all our vehicles.

I highly recommend this shop to everyone. I loved that they didn’t try to sell maintenance that wasn’t necessary; this is a super common thing that other shops do, especially to women. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me at all. When they were communicating each thing they found wrong with my car they told me what the problem was, what the malfunctioning part did, why it was important and even explained what things were a priority and what things could wait a few months. It helped me understand the issues and plan accordingly. Their customer service really showed me that they value and respect their customers and care about the cars that are brought to them.

I've been receiving flyers in the mail from Accelerated and decided to give them a try! I loved the fact that they are conveniently located and in my community. I've only had service at the dealership but I have been fed up with their prices and they were located on the other side of town.

I've been having an issue with my engine light coming on and off. It would never stay on long enough to get it hooked up to the machine so this dragged on for two years. Recently, the check engine light stayed on long enough and I was able to have another repair shop in town diagnose it but it never resolved it. I was told to bring it back if it comes on again. Eventually the check engine light did come back on so I took it to Accelerated. I called to schedule my service appointment and I was immediately impressed with Chad! I received an appt reminder via text which I appreciated. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and securely placed my key in the key drop. Very convenient.

Overall, my vehicle was inspected, test driven and hooked up to the diagnostic machine and a pretty major issue was found. Chad thoroughly explained the problem and it would be around $7K to fix. Based on the age of the vehicle, he recommended I not fix it and get something new. Although this wasn't the news I wanted to hear I appreciated the honesty and I appreciated that they didn't try to take my money. Very impressed! I also asked for some advice on a new vehicle.

All in all very impressed! This is a very knowledgeable team, Fast forward a few weeks and I brought my daughter's vehicle in for service. Accelerated is top notch and we plan on being long time customers. Thanks Chad, Jake, and Matt!

10/10 would recommend! The owner, Matt takes such pride in the work that his business does. It is the cleanest automotive place I have ever been to! I went in for an oil change and they educated me on what I should pay attention to, and start budgeting for for potential future repairs. I never felt like they were trying to sell me some thing I didn’t need. To have an automotive company that you trust is rare, and I would highly recommend Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive!
