Runza Restaurant

The customer service at this location was beyond exceptional. If I could give twenty stars plus I would. My sister-in-law's car was stalled on a hundred degree temperature day, It was near this location, and the team went above and beyond with customer service and offered her a tremendous amount of support. The entire team went above and beyond and
treated us with such dignity and respect. Even though this is located further away from where I personally live. I will take the time to ensure that this is the location I visit anytime in the future. Thank you so much, and the ice cream was delicious!

Awesome food and service. The manager made a special salad. The Buffalo Chicken Salad. Definitely a must have. The lettuce, spinach, feta cheese and buffalo sauce were spot on. I had the grilled chicken. That was the best salad mixture. PLEASE MAKE THIS AN EVERYDAY MENU ITEM!!!

I frequent this store for lunch often. Friendly staff and consistently good food. Zach is a great business owner! The Bennington community are lucky to have him and his team. Keep up the good work!

I love all Runzas but this one is my favorite. It's always clean and they get my order right. And even though it's usually young kids working behind the counter, they seem like they all have positive attitudes and actually care, which seems kind of rare these days.

Love this location. Clean and Safe. The drive-through always moves fast. The staff is the nicest in town. Seriously, they all should get a raise! One of the best run fast food restaurants I have ever seen

Definitely the best Runza location I've been to. The stores in Omaha don't even come close. The food has been prepared perfectly every time I've eaten here, and they never keep me waiting. The staff is always quite friendly and helpful. In my opinion, these are all signs of good management. Will absolutely come here every time I visit home. Would rate 6 out of 5 if I could. A staple in the Nebraskan diet.

Pulled up to the drive thru after a 13hr travel day with the family of 6 at 857pm as google said the closing time was 10pm. The sign on drive thru said closing at 9pm and I said we had a big order and there was no problem, very friendly service! Got burgers, chicken strips, frings, ice cream and everything was fresh and tasty! Kudos for outstanding service at closing time on a summer weekend!

Stopped, ordered, waited a few minutes for "hot" food, relaxed in dining room and had lunch, in and out in less than 30 minutes, back on the road quickly! Great stop, friendly service!

All the workers are very nice. They all work hard. Tina the boss always makes time for her employees. She is caring and a compassionate person.

The sign was a draw you in type of deal. The staff member who served my mother and I was very knowledgeable about the menu some being homemade. Also, inspired us to try different things out of suggestion. I will be coming back again.

French onion burger was delicious. Runza has great crispy fries. Most places can't make them right anymore. No idea on why.

Best Runza in the Omaha metro. Zac and company provide great service and accurate orders. Can't beat a Runza when you're in Nebraska.

I unfortunately had to move out of state, but I always come visit my Runza anytime I get into town. Then on the way back out, I purchase 8 to 10 and bring it home out of state. Omgv8 miss my Runza weekly visits.
