McDonald's

This McDonald’s is pretty cool because it has a table with color changing dots on it. My son is under 2yrs old and this table kept him very entertained. The kid area is closed and there’s not a lot of seating but the place is very clean. They have kiosk order which is convenient if there’s a long line.

Much better than my last visit to this location! How are you charging extra for lettuce to go on a fish sandwich, goodness!

The cashier was very nice and greeted me when I came in. Made a few suggestions which end up coming out cheaper. Thank you

Stopped for restroom if I'm being honest. Very clean and tidy. Neat wall paper while waiting for restroom.

Having fasted for Lab Work, I was really hungry by the time I left the VA Clinic. This McDonald's has Sausage Muffins and a Hash Brown for just $1.50. That's a favorite of mine and the price is great!The drive thru was quick with 2 lanes going and the staff was friendly.

Stopped by for a quick bite before driving to Fort Worth. The staff was friendly and quick to greet me. My fries were hot and delicious and the Hi-C orange was ice cold :)

I normally have fair experience with this location, but yesterday I ordered a smoky double combo from the mobile app, picked it up and went straight to work. Arrived at work, it was a single. I called three times, no answer. Left voicemail, no reply. Called back today, was told I can come back with receipt. Showed up, they asked who I talked to, told them whoever picked up never told me their name, waited with no help. Drove off otherwise I would be late for work waiting to talk to someone
Edit: Manager Tamera (spelling?) called me back and they took care of me after. They are busy here tho

I love this place, they are FAST even if the line is huge it moves real quick.

Drive thru today was great. Friendly on the intercom, food was hot and fresh and line was long (about 6 cars) but went really fast.

My kid decided he didn't want salt on his fry's after they already came out the manager matt overheard my sone say he didn't want salt on the fry's. And what does Matt do? He saves the day with fresh order. Never had such great service!

I have been to a lot of McDonald’s and this is the only one that I drive 30 minutes away from my house to come to they have awesome customer service food is always on point the management and the employees are very friendly .I have read reviews on here about this McDonald’s but I have been going there for a long time and .I have never experienced anything the other people are saying o here of course if you have attitude with somebody or being rude they will be rude back to you people are human if you go somewhere and know that corona has hit and they have lack of staff you don’t expect one person to do the job fast of course things have changed it’s like that everywhere. I feel like they do what they can for what staff they have of course people make mistakes like one are two times but they always correct it we are human things like that happen but I feel like this McDonald’s is better than any McDonald’s that I have went to matter fact it has amazing management at this store .

Right now they are down to 1 lane for the drive thru. You have to look to make sure that you get all of your order. They try to get everyone thru the lines quickly and they do not give you any napkins or condiments even if they ask you if you want this that or the other they still do not put it in the bag.

It was pretty good, they have great service, their employees are friendly, and it's always a good place to chill out for a bit.

Good customer service. A worker taking the trash out stopped and opened the door for us. I had my mom in a wheelchair. Then when we were finished eating. She came and opened the door for us again. Very thankful for her. As McDonald's do not have automatic doors for the handicap people.

This McDonald's runs like a well oiled machine....on the weekdays. Weekends are a little bit slower, probably due to younger, less experienced personel. It is a delicious burger for the value....my goodness, beef is not that cheap anymore and to be able to get a great tasting burger (my favorite is the Quarter Pounder with cheese), for not a lot of money and fast accurate service....just can't be beaten! Well done, Mickey D's!
