Starbucks

The people at this location are AWESOME. Here's why, this Starbucks is in the most convenient location when it comes to a business/consumer standpoint. It is right off the freeway, it is right next to the businesses nearby. While that is amazing for us that want to grab a coffee, it is ALWAYS BOOMING so it can be quite stressful when you view it from the staff's perspective. THEY ROCK IT EACH TIME. The parking lot is small, it shares a lot with McDonald's and the drive thru wraps around to the service road. Every time I have experienced chaos there they just HANDLE IT. Smiles, laughs, kindness. It is wild, but I am always so impressed. Well done I-35 & Everman store, you are doing wonderful! I am now currently drinking my iced black coffee happy as can be and just needed to tell the staff thank you!!!

I pulled up in the drive thru for my dbl espresso over ice and they did not disappoint! It’s a fairly simple drink I get with a few add-ins but is just as easy to mess up without proper consideration. Great job! and thank you for being nice to me, Jackie.

Every morning I come to this location due to work although there’s one right by my house. The staff here is honestly the best! The atmosphere, coffee and employees of this wonderful establishment are hands down amazing and always make me feel like I’m making a 5 star drink at home. Many years ago I myself was a Starbucks barista and I never really found people who were more genuine and soulful as a good cup of joe like the ones who take pride in their job. I’m not really a “review” person, but today I had to. I didn’t get to make it for my morning coffee so I immediately went to drive thru after my routine school pick up. I honestly so wish I knew the names of the girls who were working because I’d love to show them some love and praise. They sadly didn’t have my brown sugar I oh so love and I asked them for their recommendations on a good oat milk espresso pairing and they were super friendly and made a delicious and wholesome drink for me. I nearly teared up when I go to the window because of the women who was there around 4:30pm was so kind I even offered to buy them coffees lol. Thank you to her and the other women I didn’t get to see, but who was also on the speaker taking my order. They were honestly so sweet and I hope this review finds them and their manager. Literally love you and the perfect combo of coffee and sweetness for my sweet tooth! <3 (:

The drinks are great here and the service. The only suggestion I can offer is to clean up all the stickers people leave in the drive thru on the poles. It gives off a distasteful appearance. I have noticed this at several Starbucks locations. People, stop trashing Starbucks please and thank you!

I Get Breakfast At The Drive Thru, Great Customer Service, Very Efficient, I Also Love The Opening 4:30 AM Business Hours, Since I Have To Be On My Job At 5:00 AM, Very Convenient,And I Really Appreciate That.

Great place to plan a trip with family. Great coffee, food, & plugs for computers, phones, etc.

This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks to stop in whenever I am here for work.

Unfortunately I always forget to ask this employee for his name but he is an older African American gentleman with glasses. I have been to this location several times and am typically served by him. I can tell he is by far one of the hardest workers I have ever seen because when I come in, I always see him being attentive and moving around without missing a beat. Being that I constantly see him here I can only imagine he works long hours and several days, yet he has never failed to give me the best customer service experience. If he is not a manager, he should be.

I was greeted upon entering the building. The three baristas were very friendly and polite. The store was clean. I got my drinks and food in a timely manner.

Omg best service I have ever had at a Starbucks. The guy in the window at 6am this mourning had me and my 3 daughters laughing. My Mondays are usually the worst. He was a great start to my day. Please applaud him he is a wonderful person. And because of him I have my new Starbucks.

All around 5 stars! I have been to this location several times. I must admit I have had the best drinks from here. And i have a milk allergy. I have never had one reaction to the milk. I always tell them oat milk and that I have an allergy and that always make it correctly! I love that they always ask me for my name and they always say your back again!!!❤ I love coming to this location and i am driving all the way from Dallas. The best Starbucks hands down. Thank you for an exceptional visit every time. :)

Great service. Normally, I’d order by the app, but this time I went through the drive through and didn’t make my usual specifications. Completely my fault. I circled back and walked in to ask for just a cup of extra caramel cream. The lady was so cool about it and helpful. I came in a little irritated at myself, but walked out with a huge smile because she was so nice to me. Thanks!

I love my white chocolate mocha and getting double stars days. I just hope I got my stars whenever they scan my phone.

Eric (or was it Erik?) was awesome, I was not altogether yet! Running on hotel coffee, my mind wasn’t working properly! He was patient as I fumbled with my order which was executed to perfection! I love this Starbucks it is literally one of my favorite ones in the whole country

I am not a guy of reviews unless a place really has an effect on me. I never understood why people like Starbucks so much before until now. I can always come here knowing that the employees are always nice and polite and will even help you choose about stuff in the menu you have never tried. I am now a frequent customer here and I will keep coming because it really is a place of quality. Congratulations to the workers in there and the company itself, they do deserve they praise they get.

I absolutely love this place! They always greet me when I arrive with smiling faces behind those masks. My order is right and waiting for me upon arrival. I feel like royalty when greeted by name and nice notes telling me to have a nice day. Oh my dogs even love this place lol, they give them a puppaccino (whip cream). The place is clean and moves faster than some other locations I've been too.

This location is clean and very inviting. I had to hop on a video conference, and the women had no problem with allowing me to do so. I then purchased the lemon loaf and strawberry açaí

This Starbucks is my favorite place of all the one I have gone too. The service is great and they are very friendly especially for being open at 5 am and you see their smile when they give you your coffee . It helps to start your day with a good smile and have great day. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

I used to steer clear of Starbucks, but now I visit regularly. I was intimidated by the menu and their lingo. No worries. It's easy to order a regular cup of coffee and get just what you are wanting. The staff is very helpful. They have great coffee and breakfast items, along with other goodies that taste great with your coffee. They also have specialty drinks and drinks for kids too. I hope you will give them a try. I'm glad I finally did.

Cyniah is the best employee here!! She is so nice and gives awesome recommendations!
She even was helping out while off the clock!
