Enjoyed my trip to Sketchers and exchanged one pair and purchased another. Customer service was great. Recommend Skechers.

Each time I've shopped here I have found the store to be well cared for, organized and stocked. Sales person at the register was the same both times so far. She's friendly, helpful and knows the brand and stock well.

The two sales ladies here were very helpful when I went in. I was looking for the new sandals and could not find what I was looking for. They not only helped me find the item number, but also helped me find what store they could be found in along with giving me the phone number so I could call before driving a long way. All stores are about an hour from my house. I felt appreciated and want to thank the both sales ladies in Concord Mills Mall!!!

She got the boots that she wanted with fur on top. I got the shoes i wanted and both were cheaper than 1 pair of Timberland boots like she liked . Her Skechers even had the grips on the bottom for wet surfaces and I liked that.

Great customer service and so friendly. I was looking for my size and the young lady, Brianna was so helpful. She even called and found it at another store.

Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Made sure we were taken care of, happy with our selections and welcomed. Will return to this location.

Went to Skechers outlet Concord Mills today to return two pair of shoes I had just purchased a couple of days ago. I had only worn each pair once for about 6 hours. They helped me pick out two new pair that fit a lot better and did not give me a bit of trouble returning them. I love my Skechers, weather they be work shoes like I just exchanged or sneakers. Just can't beat the comfort and value you get.

I have always loved the comfort and long-term durability of Skechers and this store has an awesome variety of shoes, boots, sneakers, socks, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, they have corporate & military discounts so be sure to ask about those at checkout.

If you're looking for a real variety of Sketches shoes, this is the place to come to! Don't expect many dress shoes, but a whole of sneakers for men and women including a fair amount that come in wide.

I can always catch a sale in this store and walk out with 2 pairs of sneakers for the price of one at another store. The sneakers are good quality.
