I called the appliance department at your Concord Mills store.
Scott answered and was extremely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I ordered the appliance on My Lowe's but could not see where he would get credit for the sale. This would be a nice feature for employees to get credit for the work they do.

I thought great customer service did not exist anymore. I was wrong! I was at this store earlier today and left something in my cart. Nothing super valuable, just 4 metal stakes/stands to hold yard signs. When I got home, I realized what I had done and went back to look for them. They were nowhere to be found. I told the associate what happened and she told me to go grab 4 new ones. I was shocked when she told me there was no charge! That gesture of human kindness means so much these days and it is rare! Thank you, Lowe’s for going above and beyond with your Customer Service for me today!

We were lucky enough to meet a manager named Milke. That helped us find a.patio furniture at a good price for us. We talked for quite some time. Most of the time you cannot find someone to help you in a big box store. Mike was the exception to the rule.

Ken was AMAZING! He took the time to listen to my project and guide me in the process of identifying and teaching me how to use the products! Thank you Ken! I hope I make you proud with my closet installation.

I shop this location often. The staff is helpful and friendly. I recently had a situation where I had to return/exchange a large appliance and customer service went above and beyond and took care of the situation for me.

Deliver appliances there from Duncan SC. Best place to deliver hope we keep account. Lowe's treats truck drivers as nice as customers.

My favorite Lowe's in north carolina ever. This is the Best Lowe's ever. The management is great. They cut my lumber for me. They get my measurement correct.
They have a good section of fastners and building tools and automechanic tools and automechanic supplies and home improvement supplies and home furniture and plumbing and electrical and garden stuff and lumber and building materials and paint and all kinds of tools and hardware supplies and outdoor yard supplies and of course yard care and house care supplies. The prices are pretty good little expensive but that's really nothing. The restrooms are very clean. They have practice tools where you learn how to do things. They have a return desk with great management. They store is clean and organized.

Pleasant encounter on 5.9.24 with Scott, Natasha, Amber and Doras! Everyone was so helpful. We spent sometime with Doras she assisted me & mom as she was assisting with my first fridge purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us.

A special thank you to Kayla in the garden center. I was having hard time finding a larger cart to pickup 15 bags of mulch. Kayla saw the distress on my face and without hesitation immediately asked how she could help. She apologized for the inconvenience and let me know the team could pull and load the mulch for me. She later found me struggling again with soil I had purchased and offered to take it for me and have the team load it along with the mulch. Because of the exceptional level of service she showed I had to take the time to recognize and thank her. Lowe’s needs more employees just like her. Thank you Kayla for putting a big smile on this customers face. You ROCK!!!!

This is the Lowe's near Concord Mills. Malcolm, in the flooring department, is excellent. He is knowledgeable and provides good customer service. Monique, in the painting department, is excellent, too. Henry, in the electrical department, is excellent, too.

We bought a washer and dryer from Alex and Scott. They both did a great job with giving us info on what we were looking for. Highly recommend these guys!

Lowe’s has great Live Edge wood pieces and helped turn our old dresser into a brand new and modern unit. They also have other great products to take the inside or outside of your house to the next level. Added a little white fence in front of our house and they have great deals on flower baskets!

Very Helpful staff! I’ve picked up serval orders here and it’s always a smooth process. Darius was a great help for getting a very bulky order safely loaded on my trailer. I appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to help me.

Alex in tools and hardware was awesome! Truly a great experience. He was very knowledgeable of various types of door hardware and was instrumental in helping find the perfect hardware necessary for my client. I was in and out with his help.

The guy in the paint center was super awesome and helpful! That’s why they get 5 stars. However, while my husband was paying, I stood in front of the Cashier Recognition board to read the nice things the employees said about their fellow Cashier of the Month. An employee came over and said I wasn’t allowed to be there (this is literally within 5 feet of checkout) and proceeding to ask me to move and then put up this chain. Maybe next time you should simply wait for customers to leave the area before you remember that you forgot to put a chain up. This went from a nice experience viewing how Lowe’s appreciates its employees to a completely unnecessary encounter.

Got my Christmas tree here. 45 bucks for 6 ft. Good deal. They always seem well stocked on everything

We went in looking for ceiling fans for me and my brother. They had many that I really liked that my mom said no to and many that were too small or too big, but it took a awhile until we found the right one for both of us. We easily got them in a cart and quickly checked out. It was a simple trip and it went well.
