Great selection, easy location & love ordering online and picking up. Super easy & fast. Just be careful on the cheap stuff, sometimes you get GREAT DEALS when buying the deals but I’ve been pretty disappointed with them too. Just look & check when you get there!

Love, love, love it here! Normally I have a TON of social anxiety (which is why I go there in the first place ,ha!) The environment from when you walk through the door to when you leave is always so low key and a lot of fun. Gissel is always so personable and helpful. VIP pricing is "chefs kiss". Would absolutely recommend!

Lined move significantly fast, met Red Man at the Grand Opening and depending, prices vary due to the strains and products. Very secured and the customer service is A++

Went there again and their customer service is A++ till this very moment; prices are so good that buying your products here are more valid than non recreational and significantly better! Literally little to no wait time. My go-to spot!

Nova Farms is by far my most favorite place to buy my goodies at. SPECIFICALLY the dracut location too because there are SO many good people working there. The vibes are always immaculate when I come in and I’ve never had to wait long, even when they’ve got lines they know how to keep it moving. Shout out to Milo and the squad! Y’all make my life a lot happier haha!

I just wanted to mention that I was very satisfied with Kiki’s Customer Service, she made me feel welcomed because I never been to that dispensary before and she gave me the best Recommendations in the market.
Overall I just wanted to point out that Kiki is an amazing employee!

Everytime I go to the Dracut location I’m always greeted with smiles and happy faces. Absolutely amazing customer services from everyone who’s helped me. A big special shout out to Madii, Paul, and Anthony you guys are fabulous!

not too experienced on all the strains & such, but a lovely young lady I believe her name was Ashley was super helpful. She recommended me some products and I couldn’t have been more content. Definitely will be returning due to the customer service alone ! Nvm the great herb 😮‍💨🍃 😅

I went in today and was so glad Kiki helped me find what I was looking for. She was so friendly! Every questionI asked she answered and if she didn't have the answer she went and found it. So thankful to her and all the staff they're the best! 🤘

AMAZING customer experience. The entire vibe was like I was being welcomed into my own home. Worked specifically with Madi, and was a very kind soul. Extremely knowledgeable, great customer service, and it was my first time but they were able to answer all my questions I had for them. Definitely coming back soon

I love it here! This was my first dispensary, and the staff was very understanding when I wasn't sure what I was doing. Staff is always very friendly, and I've had some great conversations coming in here. I also really like the atmosphere. Plus, the order process is smooth and easy especially when you order in advance.

Came in for the first time not expecting much, but ended up having an amazing experience. My cashier Kyle was sweet as could be and it was relatively inexpensive. I’ll be back
