BEST MACDONALDS I have been too in a very long time FRESH HOT FRIES OMG and everything we got was fresh it was great!

This McDonald’s in Pelham, NH is one of the best when it comes to Customer service. They are always polite when taking and giving your order. If they have you waiting too long for an order, they promptly apologize and are willing to give you gift coupons.
Catherine one of the Manager is extremely nice and makes an effort to know all the regular customers. Furthermore my food & coffee is always hot & good. Keep up the good work you guys are an outstanding crew.

I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient they were, and how quickly we got our food. The food itself (Quarter Pounder, Big Mac, fries & iced coffee) was nice and hot, and tasted fresh off the grill.
I've come to expect very little from McDonald's (having experienced bad service, long lines & indifferent clerks from TN to CO to NH), but today was really nice. AND, it looked like people were dining on - nice!

Service here has always been exceptional from a McDonald's. It's a couple minutes from my work so I go here whenever I need a quick bite if I don't bring a lunch or am REALLY hungry in the morning. I generally order on the app and pick up curbside, never waiting more than a few minutes for my order.

If there is an issue with my order, they have always let me know and tried to rectify it on their own accord. For example, this morning I bought a large pumpkin iced coffee, but the manager came out and let me know they no longer have that flavor available and asked what I would like instead. Told her what I'd like to replace with and she was back in less than a minute. No big deal at all.

Treat people and service workers with respect, and your experiences will be much better. Yeah, it's fast food, but the service is what keeps me coming back to this location.

Over the years hated this location because always took forever and is you got correct food you were the minority. Now things are way better in the last year or so and the women that takes orders in the morning is fantastic. One of those people I dont think ever has a bad morning ! Should hire 10 more of her

What can I say? I've been a big fan of McDonald's delicious and wonderfully creative sandwiches and milk shakes and now coffee options and desserts my entire life going back to when they first started and my love affair continues with all those incredibly delicious and comfort food menu items. I can still remember the commercial of the late 60's a coke a burger🍔 and fries 🍟for one dollar with change of one quarter. And they still continue to give the American public the best product at the greatest value and lowest price and still continue to provide the most convenient and efficient and friendly service. God bless them ,may they continue at least as long as I'm still here to enjoy their food and service.

I was just at this McDonald's and I got a breakfast sandwich a bacon egg and cheese biscuit oh my God what an incredible sandwich this is the first time in a long time I got a breakfast sandwich that was so fresh from a McDonald's Bravo to this store bread that was fresh egg that was actually soft and fresh bacon that tastes good this store was incredible I never go to the store I will definitely stop there again

The pretty girl Heather, the one with with the beautiful crystal blue eyes, that has been working there for several years has always offered A+++ service with a smile, such a great and fun employee! The food is typical McD's salt & fat saturated yumminess.

We went thru the drive thru and I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. Boy, have they gotten expensive!!

I absolutely love this McDonald's. I come here almost every day. They are all so nice and the food here is always so good!

Quick and easy. Friendly servers. My order was the way I asked for it, can't really ask for more than that from a McD's

They gave me three things of sweet and sour sauce that's awesome.
