Dunkin'

Tammy and Tyler were both so friendly and attentive to my dietary needs today. The coffee is delicious every time I come to this location, but the service was the best it’s ever been today. Thank you Tammy and Tyler!

The early morning shift at this Dunkin Donuts is amazing. They are very polite and get the food and the drinks out very fast. This location typically stays pretty busy though. So you could have some long wait times. Dunkin Donuts has the best coffee in our area.

I brought a very large group to the area and we needed to change our breakfast plan at the last minute. When we needed to get a LOT of food FAST, this was the only store in the area that was able to help. We tried to contact 2 closer stores, but their phones were inoperable. Not only did the manager (Tracey) of the Carothers location help me to order and get it done very quickly, the staff (Hailey) was extremely friendly and hospitable, and the food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Choosing this store was the absolute best choice, and when we are in this area again this is the ONLY location I will go back to!

Took my son after he had been sick for a special treat here. He was thrilled! Ice cream and donuts and cartoons on the TV, what more could an 8 yr old all for?! Very sweet young lady patiently served him. She allowed several samples of ice cream before his choosing a couple scoops in a cup.
This was a great experience. I know it can get a little hectic in here at prime hours but it was really great when it was a little slower.

Clean friendly and fast

Stopped by to get some donuts, and had a great experience thanks to a super helpful employee named Bennett. This is a multi-store shop, so he has to be 100% on Dunkin and Baskin-Robbins and handle customers like me that are awestruck by all the selections! I have been here at least 10 times and every time I get to the menu boards, my brain freezes like a delicious double scoop with confetti sprinkles. Bennett was helpful without being pushy and was above and beyond. He helped me decide by listening to me and hooked us up with some of the best donuts in Cool Springs!

Coffee in Cool Springs can be an insane experience. Here's an exception. Even if the line is long, this Dunkin' location rocks it and gets to everyone quickly. They have also never gotten my order wrong. Most of the staff here are pretty great and I find myself going out of my way to go to this location simply because of the management.

Dunkin' is the best! Everything is soooo good, and even if its packed full they get to you super fast. I even asked an employee if I could see them make one, and they allowed me to. Saw each and every move. All the employees are super friendly.

A couple of weeks ago I mixed up 2 different "Dunkin" locations I had visited, (THIS ONE), and the location on HWY 70s in Bellvue. I noticed the mixup today as I started checking on my timelines and reviews. As a result of that mixup, I gave this location a few undeserved criticisms. You have my "FORMAL AND HEARTFELT & REDACTED APOLOGIES!"
HERE IS THE CORRECT REVIEW!
Upon visiting this location, I must say, they were very curtious and prompt. My order was exactly as I ordered. Mind you, I went through the drive thru, So I cannot describe the details of the interior at this location. Nor can I comment on the inner staff. Only my experience at the drive thru Window. "Good work guy's & girl's!!
For your drive thru service, I give you 5 star's, with an appology, a thank you, & topped with a (GOD BLESS YOU!)

By the way: if curiosity intrigues you about the other review, and it's location..... it's the only one on HWY 70s in Bellvue.

The employees here were so helpful when we were trying to order an ice cream cake, and then when we went back to pick it up they gave my son a free donut. Our food and coffees were excellent as well.

My favorite place for coffee is Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin's Coffee is very smooth only needing just a smidgen of sugar, maybe only a couple grains. I put a lot of creamer in though. My favorite in the Fall is the pumpkin cake donut with my usual, Medium Ice Coffee, with cream and sugar. No flavorings, because it hides the great taste of Dunkin Donuts Coffee! They always put the right amount of sugar in and no stirring. The sugar sinks to the bottom only to travel up the straw as you sip the delicious coffee. The few grains of sugar mix with the coffee in your mouth to create a hint of sweet touching your tongue as it disappears from your mouth and into your tummy. Oh so good!

Very nice people and food

Great doughnuts; some surly staff. Gentleman in blue MT shirt was extremely efficient, friendly, and courteous. The same cannot be said for the two women: I realize everyone’s fighting battles, but if you’re at work, at least try to be courteous if you can’t be friendly.

Love the frozen Matcha. Quick friendly service. Dunkin' is the ideal drive through coffee in my opinion. Fair prices and good flavor.

This is my favorite Dunkin. My coffee is made perfectly each time. The staff are hard working and amazing. I really appreciate each of them!
