Great staff (I'm horrible with names, but all the staff was awesome). Customer service was great over the phone as the staff helped me narrow down the right gear for my first purchase. Staff was great when I got into town, and they walked me through 1st time setup. Staff was great again when my friend arrived in town and picked up their rental gear.

Every single member of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process.

Matt was exceptional in his willingness and ability to help me with an equipment challenge I experienced while snowboarding at Breck today. He was able to replace a footpad and guide me to the right settings moving forward with my step on bindings.

This is an amazing Burton store! The customer service and expert advice is unparalleled. Cody gave me advice on what Board to try and Steven tracked down the boots I wanted in my size. Thanks to both of them! I appreciate the great experience I had at their store.

I had nothing but an amazing experience here. Everyone there is very easy to talk to and engaging. Cody helped me pick out my boots and bindings, he answered all the questions I had and I’m very happy with what I got! Color was important to me and he was very patient and made sure to take that into consideration too. I highly recommend visiting!

My boyfriend was SO excited to check out the Step Ins now that they are at their third generation. Stephen took such good care of us. He really took the time to answer all of our questions and he was a joy to work with. Stephen went above and beyond and we deeply appreciate his elevated level of customer service. Shout out to the blonde gal as well this afternoon! Sorry we didn't get your name, but we will be seeing you guys again soon!

Staff was helpful. Not a huge store but packed full of Goodies!!

Store was nice, only had one worker out of the 4 there (due to covid) poor guy was doing his best and helped me out quickly and was polite. Don’t pay attention to the 1 star review, can’t have a store open when every employee gets sick. Hope I get to visit again as they were fully closed when I tried to stop in again today. Feel better dudes!

The employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable, I came in to put together my first snowboard and Danny was super helpful in making sure I made the right choice, and didn’t pressure me to buy anything he felt like I didn’t need.

Employees helped me find a new pair of snowboarding boots and bindings for my snowboard. The employee was well informed and help guide me through all of the options. They also put my new bindings on for me and adjusted them for free. Great service.

Brought step on bindings and danny did a great job installing them. He kept adjusting until it was perfect. Great service
