I want to give recognition to the customer service employees at this location Mrs Tanisha, very polite helpful understanding kind and patient 😊 I truly love her spirit it make me want to shop at your establishment with no worries..She is definitely amazing. you definitely need more customer service employees like her ..Hey don't misunderstand I have been going in this establishment for years and just about all of your employees has treated me with the up most respect and iam always satisfy with the out come of what iam purchasing. The cashier are very professional and friendly I just wanted to say keep up with the good work...The best auto parts store I definitely enjoying buying merchandise from...very reasonable prices and clean 😀

Nice and Clean, typical auto parts place. Very helpful and friendly. No complaints, place been here for years since I was a kid. Just got some new windshield wipers since it’s raining cats & dogs out here in Dallas 🥴

This is not just any AutoZone!!! Top is the man!! This man deserves a raise ! He doesn’t smile a lot which is fine by me but he is gem that needs to be treated and treasured! I bought wipers and he INSISTED on helping me!! He put his side on before I could Mine out of the package. I came back about 45 mins later with a check engine light and he diagnosed it and even helped e with getting spark plugs. This guy is the only reason I come to only this AutoZone! I call ahead of time just in case he is there. He helps me every time!

Needed a part for my vehicles wheels, "Top" was my salesperson and was so helpful, ordered part to come to store, explained everything to me in clear terms, very patient and never distracted, even with my pretty minor issue, (all while every customer coming in the door kindly greeted him, by name!!) and then installed parts, at no extra charge, outside in the cold night air!
I will be back! And will share this experience with all of my female friends and family! I Never felt like I was asking silly "girl questions!"

I brought my car in here after going to the dealership where they told me my car battery was fine and sent me on my way. My car died the next morning and thankfully I got a jump and headed to this autozone. Daryl is a young man with locs. He stayed out in the heat, over 100 degrees, drenched in sweat, testing my bad battery and the other connected parts. He changed the battery which all took quite some time. I give this place A+. Good people working there. I even walked around the place looking at extra things and felt no one eyeing me or looking at me like I was going to steal something. Super awesome staff.

I desperately needed a battery this morning and drove to this location after a competitor store didn’t have the battery in stock that they said they did when I called them. I was greeted with kindness and when I was called to the register as the next customer by Ms. Tanisha she really listened to what I needed and went over the different options and even made certain recommendations. Ms. Tanisha even went further than that, she offered to take off my old battery and put on the new one and she did an amazing job without any hesitation. Even as I was standing in line, I saw other customers come in and call the clerk by name and was greeted with a friendly attitude. This is my go store for my auto needs. Thank you Ms. Tanisha for saving the day for me.

I went to the store on Ledbetter and Bonnie view to purchase a light bulb and asked to be assisted with installation but they were being mean to me so I left and went to the one on south Lancaster and saner and the gentleman named Timothy was so nice and professional to me and installed my bulb with ease. I’m so thankful for him and I shall be returning to that location from now on.

The clerk Timeka is an Allstars.
I had been bringing in my battery to get it charged.
She noticed that I stil had warranty left on it. She suggested that I get a new battery vs charging the old one.
This saved me time and money.
I am so grateful to her, She is the utmost professional, truly knowledgeable and a class act!!

Good customer service.

I came here at around 9pm tonight and these guys were amazing! Andrew helped me with with a replacement headlight and got me back on the road in no time. The entire staff is very friendly and funny as well. I will definitely make this autozone my #1 go to!

The customer service experience was noteworthy this visit. It hasn't been terrible in the past but this visit was worth leaving a good review.

Mr. Chris is so wonderful. The first thing he did was to check and see if my warranty will had passed. The service at the Lancaster location is always wonderful.

Hello I was in Auto Zone yesterday. I needed a low beam bulb for my BMW 328I. i had no idea what size ,what bulb clueless.A very knowledgeable, nice man that works there helped me.. He even installed it on my car.. Im so grateful... He was my Angel for the day... God bless him.. i was really worried. He made my do go a whole lot smoother. I cant thank him enough...

My C3 needed a new battery...Every time I go to Auto Zone they take care of me..

I was attended a week ago by the most intelligent and helpful Autozone employee I've ever met. I was in search of a specific bolt all over Dallas for over an hour. Visited Home Depot, O'Reilly, a Toyota dealership, and a Autozone before I met Kimberly who quickly assessed my predicament, and found me a replacement so that I could install my alternator and get my car out on the road. Thank you Kimberly, you are wonderful.
