This is my go to post office!!! I hve a thriving small business. I hve used sooooo many different post offices. This is the only post office that helps, educate & treat my packages with care!!! Special shout out to Ms. Felecia that even went the extra mile & got me a discount on my business packages.

Whenever I go to the Lancaster post office, Felicia is always very helpful. She makes my experience much easier. She’s always smiling and very pleasant and nice to deal with Lancaster Post office needs more people like her. I’ve dealt with other workers there they were very rude. She’s the only person there that is pleasant, thank you Felicia for the great customer service

I am always greeted and provided with great service. I am a stamp buff and they always advise me when new and interesting stamps are in stock. I appreciate the information shared regarding the most economical way to ship or mail parcels and letters. My carrier is the best. He's always cordial and he'll take mail directly from you if he's already left the community mailbox. I've had minor issues over the past 13 years but every issue was resolved and I spoke directly with a supervisor who acknowledged and validated my concerns.

Good friendly service every time I walk in the door even with the long lines.

I've never had any issues at this location. Both ladies are friendly and helpful. The line can sometimes be long but it moves quickly.

My only complaint is that customers tend to use the only handicapped spot to "just run in" which makes it difficult to find a parking spot in which I can remove my wheelchair from my car since spots are tight. That's an issue with inconsiderate customers, not the post office itself.

Went there for the first time to send letters by certified mail. Was my first time doing this. Employees were very courteous and patient in explaining everything and answering every question. Great job, USPS Lancaster!

Clerks on duty went over and beyond to make sure all my needs were taking care of. Supervisor was totally involved in making sure that all was taken care of...Cuto's to everyone that was involved....

I lost a package and was upset but it came 2 days later. The supervisor was very helpful I give them a cake to show my appreciation.
