The Rustic Blend Cafe

5 stars for sure for FOOD, SERVICE, AND ATMOSPHERE! This coffee shop gives a blend of a homey, local coffee shop with good vibes and great tasting coffee and breakfast.! The feel inside is very cozy and the colors left me relaxed amidst other things (scenery in PA and the landscape). Great place to grab a quick bite or chat or have a meeting. The avocado toast and make your own sandwiches were amazing! Croissants can do better (not very filling and are smaller than expected).
A must visit shop. Can’t wait to be back on my next trip to PA :)

What a hidden gem! A local recommended this cafe ,that opened 6 weeks ago, and I’m glad they did! Very very friendly staff! The owner and his family are so kind and really love what they do! I purchased a 1/2 lb. bag of coffee (that they’ll freshly ground the beans for you), a blueberry muffin, and the breakfast wrap! Price was under $20, definitely affordable! Amazing, tasty food, the chipotle sauce in the wrap was fantastic. Definitely going back when I travel through Windber, PA!

Great atmosphere. Clean. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Reasonable prices. The cinnamon rolls are to die for!

Love this place. I was visiting family and was excited to see a local business. The coffee selection was nice and food was great. I wish they had on the menu flavor combos of drinks or speciality drink flavor of the day. Other than that will be back excited for something more local. The coffee had a good flavor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The place itself is super cute and cozy.

Coffee is always delicious, staff is very friendly. Best flavored drip coffee I've ever had. So much flavor! Expect to wait a little but nothing crazy. Locally owned! Food is made when ordered. Very good!

This cafe is such a wonderful addition to the Windber Area! They have been absolutely slammed with patrons since their opening, and even when the orders have been taking extra time, all of the employees have been handling it with so much grace! The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating.

They were so incredibly busy on Saturday, March 30th, but they were doing everything in their power to get the orders out quickly.

Any new business is going to have some kinks to work out after opening. I have absolute full faith that once they hit their stride, they will go so very far!

The food was delicious! Their bagels are amazing and the wrap is next level!

I highly recommend The Rustic Blend Cafe! Just remember to be patient and gracious while they find their groove!

Really great space and a place to relax and get a wonderful drink or bite to eat. You need to stop in and try this place.

We've become regulars since temporarily moving to the area and are there every day. Such a cute cafe with awesome customer service. So happy to have a great coffee spot in town!

raspberry crepe was amazing. cold brew was super good too! place could use some music/radio, but otherwise the atmosphere was very cozy :-) enjoyed it a lot! will be coming back often for sure

Possibly the best thing to happen in Windber, ever. We’ve been here twice this week. First visit was a slight disappointment, simply because I’m a tea snob and their selections were more tisane than tea. When the owner asked how everything was, I explained that a good, robust black tea would make the experience top-notch. Here’s where the visit went from very good to outstanding - he admitted his knowledge of teas was limited. He opened his laptop and had me look at the teas his supplier offered. He was so focused on customer service that I selected three black teas for the cafe. This morning, all three were on offer. I selected the Irish Breakfast tea, which, with my breakfast croissant sandwich, made for an excellent breakfast. We’ve only ordered breakfast sandwiches and beverages here, but we’ll be back for the baked goods at some point - their selection of muffins, scones, biscotti, rolls, and cookies take up most of the serving counter. Finally, the place itself is cozy, with tables, counters, and soft seating, There’s also an outdoor seating area that should be nice in better weather.

They have the best coffees and at a great price!!!! Also tried a biscotti and it was delicious! The drink I recommend is the blueberry lavender latte, the best drink I've ever had, in fact I'm thinking of getting out of bed to run down before they close....😊

A great asset to Windber. The coffee choices are amazing, and the prices are below what you would pay at Dunkin!! I only had a biscotti but it tasted great!
