Burger King

I told the manager whose name is LaQuan(hopefully spelled correctly, if not I sincerely apologize!!)
But I was just at this Burger King drive thru and had ordered chicken tenders amongst other items. Tho when home we had unfortunately found out that the chicken tenders were not edible by any means. We had contacted the restaurant and this respectful young man handled this situation with the upmost respect,and was remorseful for the mishap.
An with that, Accommodated far more than he had to!! This was something I had not expected and I can't thank him enough.

I did not know that I needed a chicken sandwich until my kiddo asked to stop here for lunch 💞
First off, they were insanely busy with the lunch rush, but the staff were so kind and patient with my indecisiveness and the dining hall was so clean, idk how they were able to keep up!!
Secondly, this is perhaps the first time I've ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was never dry beyond belief or smothered in black pepper. 10/10 highly recommend anyone come here for the #7, with onion rings, and a sprite. 1000000% worth it 💕
Lastly, good on this location, your staff are truly amazing people, you've got a fantastic group working with you. We will definitely be back with more people ❤

It was extremely cold out and numerous cars in the drive thru lane. The crew did an excellent job making sure the line kept moving. Shana was who handed us our food and drinks.

Excellent service. Dillon, who took our order, was wonderful and respectful. Nice to see people, in today's world, acting proper. Lady, who served us at drive thru was very nice as well. Thank you.

My wife and I were the only patrons that morning. The lady at the counter could no help been nicer. Food was tasty and fresh. I give them 5 stars

So I went threw the driver threw today and the server Dilan made it a very good experience. He was very happen and had a very Pleasant attitude

Great management and staff! Always willing to go the extra mile if you want anything special ordered they're glad to do it! I love their fries when their hot and fresh always glad to make me a fresh batch!

Good for BK, nice hard working employees and food is fresh but always limit fast food bc life is better than death by high colesterol and triglycerides But over all the healthiest fast food choices here. Clean salads yay!

We love Burger Kings value. The operation in Richland is even better with outstanding service. The staff is very young and yet the most polite I have seen...

Everytime I go in the with my kids they are always friendly. The service is great. Even when they are busy. And that they are the only fast food restaurant with a play area i love out for the kids. It's a bonus because my kids love their food.

Fast service through the drive thru. Order was perfect.

Meal was awesome! Friendly service, the manager on duty was very courteous. I think her name was Cheryl, not sure but she was very patient while I placed my order.

Fast food done right. Reliable consistent food and I never have issues with them getting the order right like other fast food places. Great cheap hot meals to go.

They got our order they got our order correct the first time yay Burger King. They even remembered to give us onion rings instead of fries.

Ive been going here for a few months now after getting tired of McDonald's, and Im VERY HAPPY coming here.. Always fast service and my food is always great and hot .. I highly recommend coming here..

Not only is it a convenient location but the staff is the best. They care about what you order and want to get it right. Much better than the Golden Arches.

Very friendly but got charged for more then i wanted. But we enjoyed all the french toast sticks anyways
