McDonald's

This is the best McDonald's in town, which isn't saying much but still it is a lot better than any other location here. The food is always nice and crisp and the service is fast and pleasant. The one in Westmont is absolutely terrible; it sucks that I have to drive all the way up here to have a decent fast food meal (if that's even a thing). Regardless, they do a great job.

I went to other McDonald's in Windber and Johnstown area and got plain hamburgers for my dog no bun either and I paid 1dollar other McDonald's charged full price, I think they should all charge one dollar for man's best friend. 🐶👍🙂

Food was crisp and fresh. Very friendly staff. Clean environment. Would recommend this location again.

There’s something special about this particular McDonald’s. The food is always hot and cooked to perfection. The fries are salted perfectly and the cheese is melted just the right amount. The coke always tastes amazing and has just the right amount of ice. The employees are always very welcoming and pleasant. The dining area and restrooms are always spotless and cleaned frequently. This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I have been to all the McDonald’s in Johnstown and this one is by far my favorite, me and my son always have a great experience it’s always clean it’s the quickest one there’s always someone ready to take your order unlike the one on scalp ave which you wait 5-10 minutes for someone who looks you dead in the eyes to come and take your order if you want a great quality McDonald’s try the galleria! Highly recommend ❤

One of the few McDonalds that gets our family of 6 order right Everytime. The other ratings are only poor as it's McDonald's and the lobby seems to always be closed in this location not a big deal but I can't rate something not provided.

I was having trouble with the app and didn't have the debit card that is saved on the app, so I had no money to get any food. The manager, a tall fellow with longish crazy blonde hair went above and beyond to make sure I was fed. God bless that boy.

One thing is true about McDonald's that much hasn't changed throughout the years. French fries were hot and crispy with the right amount of salt. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and well taken care of. Timing is everything though, you have to get there before the lunch rush or you will have a little bit of a wait .

Katie was phenomenal. the sweetest worker in the whole store. she made sure I was satisfied even when I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and didn’t even realize. She deserves a raise and employee of the year. my experience was amazing thanks to katie.

Favorite McDonald's in the area!! I'm a second shifter and wake up late & this is the only McDonald's that will still get me a breakfast sandwich in the evening, while I'm sure I'm a pain in the butt for ordering a mcgriddle at 2:00pm they are always kind here and my food comes out steaming hot & delicious!!! 🤤 Thank you Galleria Drive McDonald's!!!!!❤

Me and my boyfriend were having a horrible day today, and we went to mcdonalds just for a quick meal. But, the Cashier, Logan was the absolute sweetest, and provided quality customer service. Y'all needa give a promotion! And I usually dislike Mcdonald's because most of the time their staff is rude, but this mcdonalds is completely different. Thank you Logan for providing such good service to us <3 !

There very nice and get my order right, with all of the McDonald’s I’ve went to so far in this town. This one is one of the best.

I don't top much like McDonalds, though after the recent few trips I enjoyed it though it would be nice if the fries were dropped for a little while longer to keep them crispy.

I was having a really hard day and a employee named Logan was so great with customer service it changed my whole day around and i couldn't of asked for any better customer service Logan dersevers a promotion!

The management here is very focused on getting customers orders served quickly and correctly, as long as a senior manager is working this restaurant is great

Great attitude with manager.. He waited on me.. Told him I was bus driver we both had a long day.. Lol

Seemed very fast, friendly and polite. Looks like a newer or newly renovated building. Clean.

My son works at mcdonald's and it love there food we ate there last year every day
