Beautifully themed restaurant that makes me feel like I'm in Savannah rather than National Harbour. The food and service were great. The $25/person family-style brunch was an awesome value and allowed us to try a large variety of dishes. It was a wonderful meal to end our family weekend trip.

Wow, wow, wow. It's been a while since I've been somewhere where I could honestly give it full five stars across the board and wish there was a six star. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. We loved our bartender. They made unique drinks for us. They checked on us very frequently and even the manager came out to talk to everyone. Also I love the low lighting and ambience. I was just doing dinner with my mom but it would have been great to do dinner with a partner

The food was great. We loved the chicken and waffles. They give HUGE portions. There was an issue with one child's cheeseburger but the manager worked hard to resolve it. Mikaela you were a shining star. You deserve to get promoted!!

Great spot! Hostess was nice and our waitress was attentive. The food was bomb! Everything from the greens to the crab cake and the dirty fried chicken. Will be back soon!

I did not know what to expect coming in here but wow was I impressed. It’s southern food with a Korean spin, how unique! Our waitress, Free, made the best recommendations and our apps, mains and desserts were memorably delicious. Appetizers were fried pickles, fried green tomatoes, fried oysters and the deviled eggs (both the kimchi and bacon were delicious). For dinner, two of my work colleagues said they were the best ribs they ever had including one of them that was in town from Germany. I got the chicken and waffles—amazing, the waffles were perfectly fluffy and not drowned in syrup while the chicken had a sweet, light crust on the outside. Another colleague got the dirty fried chicken which he loved and another colleague catfish and wedge salad, also good. Desserts were great despite our being so full. The portion sizes were pretty large despite being a la carte—Brussels sprouts were a good side. I would definitely come back here, 10/10.

Service was great, so was the menu.
Lots of options. I had the chicken and waffles. Huge portions. It made two meals with the leftovers.
My husband got the ribs.
I had a nice modified lemon drop with toasted rosemary. Very nice. Glass was full at start.

Came through last night with wifey, bar setting. 1st time there so the 2 at the bar where mad helpful and knowledgeable of the menu.

We went with the family meal, believe it's called taste of the south or something to that nature. HELLA FOOD 😅 but we felt it was a good deal especially for 2 ppl. All the food was smackin!

I liked how the dishes came out with good time in between. Got about half way through and tapped 😂 the bartender, she knew we wasn't gonna last but playful cheered us on.

It wasn't busy at all, bar is super stocked, had the game on. No complaints from us and def will be coming back for them oysters we luckily didn't get.

We visited for Saturday brunch and enjoyed the ambiance of this place. The service was great and the food was delicious and served quickly. I had the shrimp and grits and deviled eggs as an appetizer. The signature mocktail was delicious too. Would definitely go back if we’re ever in the area again.

It was our first time here & we didn't have a reservation but I guess they are recommended. They were very accommodating though. The food was excellent and the staff was so friendly. I would highly recommend this place

Great spot for a group lunch. Service is great and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend the smoked wings and the baby back ribs. The wings are perfectly crispy and the ribs fall off the bone and are covered in a sweet sauce with just a hint of heat.

Quaint & peaceful atmosphere, elevated southern cuisine & cocktails. Everything was delicious! The service was great as well.

Had a great birthday dinner, family style, which allowed us to all taste a variety of delicious dishes. The wings were some of the best I've ever had! Our server was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Brunch! Amazing old school southern vibe with a Korean twist. Yep you read that right… And the dishes were aaaamazing!!! We got shrimp and grits, avocado toast with a poached egg and one biscuit with sausage gravy, and shared all of it!

I don’t know why we didn’t take a picture of the sausage gravy, but it was served on hands-down, one of the best biscuits I’ve ever had in my life!

With the shrimp and grits and the avocado toast, the flavors were layered, creamy the perfect amount of spice, some lingered, some were fresh and popped. And the textures were perfectly paired. Unbelievably good!!

So good that I wanted to come back for lunch and dinner before we left. 🤣🤤 We didn’t make it back but I assure you we will be back very soon. I am so glad this place is only like an hourish away!

Gave 4 stars for the service because we were the at the bar with only like 4 other people and the bartender was on her phone for so long before we gave our order that we walked over to that side of the bar to get her attention so we could order. Otherwise she was great! No phones at work.. at least until you know everyone is taken care of.

Four teachers at a conference, on our last night in the area. Happy hour 5-7 made us come in and the beautiful Christmas atmosphere was charming! Let me tell you the drinks were amazing. Served in gorgeous, heavy, ornate coupes, the bourbon frost was the best holiday drink I’ve ever had. My friend ordered chicken and waffles, to die for, and I’ve tasted my fair share! If you’re in the National Harbor area, do NOT miss this beautiful experience.

One of my favorite places in National Harbor! Whenever I attend cons at the Gaylord National Harbor Convention Center, we always make a reservation here. It's pretty much tradition now.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is by far the best place for brunch in the area. Everything was perfect. Food, service, ambiance, and location. If you're in the area, do yourself a huge favor and stop in.

Also, a special shout out to the best server in the DMV area, Jeremiah. Most attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable server I have ever met.

The food was simply amazing. Everything was fantastic! We got the sharing plate for two and they brought us everything we wanted to try off the menu. The wings were fantastic, the Mac and cheese- brilliant. I love chicken and waffles but theirs was absolutely amazing. So much so that my husband ate it! I don't eat fish but he said all the fish dishes were so great. Check this place out you won't regret it.

I honestly do not know where to begin but I can say I was completely blown away by the impeccable service I received. The food and my waiter, L.B were consistently delightful from beginning to end.
We went to Succotash to celebrate our anniversary and chose “The Taste of the South” which is a six course meal.
You get the opportunity to try 11 different recipes from appetizers to desserts. We honestly loved every dish that was served. I was the most impressed with the Shrimp and Grits. (I do not normally like grits so when I say this was good It was AMAZING) It was well prepared and actually tasted good!
L.B was very attentive, the staff worked very well together, and It was a very calm atmosphere. Our plates were replaced every time a new round came out and L.B. cleaned the table every time the plates were changed. I’ve been raving about this experience since I left! Do not think twice book that reservation- we definitely will be back!! Thank you, L.B. for making our anniversary so special ♥🥂

Huge thank you to our waiter, Erickwho provided us excellent service and also who recommended we try the white BBQ chicken wings. These wings have raised the bar entirely. Seasoned to perfection! All of our food was fresh and full of flavor, soul food for sure warm
and delicious. We completed our meal with the best homemade biscuits, butter and strawberry jam.

Had the shrimp and grits, and it was amazing. The grits are cooked soft, covered in chicken broth, sprinkled with green onions and seasoning, and also comes with three Parmesan crisp and six large shrimp. Very filling dish. The shrimp and grits with a pop and tip will run you about $29. Service staff are quick and efficient. Seating staff are super friendly and chatty which makes the visit enjoyable.

Will warn you though if you’re a true southerner you will quickly realize it’s a northern variation of our famous brunch/dinner dish. Nevertheless it’s still quite tasty and enjoyable.
