Wendy's

Went to drive thru to pick up gift card for Christmas stocking. The young gal at the window was very pleasant and helpful. And what a good sales person she was. I ended up purchasing more than I had planned to! Apologies for not remembering her name (her mother also works there). And I LOVED the peppermint/chocolate mini frosty! Hadn't had a frosty in more than 10 years! I'll stop in again soon for another one before another 10 years!

Katie was amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and excellent food!

Can't go wrong with Wendy's, good fry portions, got through a long line in the drive thru quickly, and all staff had masks and gloves. New pub sandwich was properly loaded with toppings and sauce

For real, the best chicken sandwich I ever had at a fast food place was at Wendy's in Rochester NH a few days ago. Fries were hot & good too & the server at the drive thru was friendly. Great lunch.

Normally the food looks disheveled and messy but tonight I had the best looking food ever here. Sandwiches looked perfect and service was quick with no mistakes or missing items. Tonight's crew deserves a raise👏

OMG!! Their Half Chocolate 🍫 Half Strawberry 🍓 milkshakes are da bomb!! Perfection in a Cup!! Highly Highly recommend.. And I love sitting by their pretty fireplace.. So Pretty & Romantic..

Best fast food outlet in North America

Our drive thru orders are as is no changes making them a breeze to order and have our way We also love their kay tag shake size, which we purchase key tag around the spring for the rest of the year.

Came in at quartet of 9 tonight and the crew was super enthusiastic and fun to be helped by. It was by far my favorite experience in any fast food facility ever

The four of us enjoyed a lunch in front of the cozy fireplace. We tried the new chicken sandwiches with fried mozzarella and marinara sauce they were very yummy and filling. You can have your chicken cooked three different ways. Fried crispy, grilled or spicy.

The clerk had a smirk on his face like I had a joke written on my forehead but other than that the service was great

food is always great and staff always amazing. i got two packets of nuts instead of dressing with my apple pecan salad, and the lovely man who took my order cane out the back door to hand it to us so we wouldnt have to go thru the line again. my mom placed a doordash order today, and even on a holiday the food was still hot when i usually microwave doordash orders anyway. genuinely one of the better fast food places in town!!

Our oven konked out suddenly last night, so fast food it is (unplanned!) for myself, husband, 2 grandchildren who live with us, and boyfriend of one granddaughter.

Let me just say... I hardly EVER give 5* reviews on fast food joints but this... was THE VERY BEST fast food meal I have ever had in my 67 years!!

In order, our experience was as follows:

1. The NEAT packaging of food and condiments in bags

2. The order was (this is a big +) 100% CORRECT!

3. The food was packaged perfectly and neat, with plenty of napkins (guess they recognized us!) and burgers (Singles with cheese) were ON the buns not falling off one side... you know what I mean!! Same goes for the lettuce etc... The ketchup was just the right amount... The fries... perfectly salted and just the exact amount of crispiness!! Hubby got the fries with cheese and bacon bits and I almost got a bit jealous as he ate with eyes closed and "mmm'd" his way through them before I could get a pic!!

4. TASTE... oh.my.goodness. I loved my single with fries SO MUCH it took me nearly an hour to deeeevour as slowly as possible because it was THAT GOOD!! Even the g'kids & Co. mentioned how good it was (they are bigger critics than I am!)

5. After a while, I said to hubs... well, that was SUCH an enjoyable meal... I really enjoyed everything... to which he replied... Oh no wait - he didn't reply... because he was fast asleep as is customary when he's got a content belly!!

This review is definitely for possible customers, but even more, I wanted to direct it to all the employees... GREAT JOB, and a big thank you too! Tell your Manager to READ THIS PLEASE!! 😋

My go to for a quick meal on the road. I will always chose Wendy's over BK, McDonald's, KFC/Taco Bell. The only competition they have (for me) is Popeyes. I'm kinda prejudiced as far as fast food because I worked at the big 3, Wendy's, BK and McDonald's at one time or another during my working career and Wendy's was 100% the best of the 3.
