I experienced wonderful customer service with all four of the employees in the drive-through today. this is one of my favorite locations and I will continue to be a frequent customer. i love customizing my food with the mcd app

I truly miss the old McDonalds with the characters. I hear kids in McDonald's asking why they no longer have any pictures anymore. They were shown as a great memory. Now we'll, it's all electronic.

Listen up, peeps. You know that whole "park, click, feast" life we got goin' these days? Uber Eats and curbside pick-up? My inner sloth is doing backflips. Gone are the days of braving blizzards for a Big Mac. Now, we're like royalty, ordering from our thrones and having greasy goodness magically appear. Big shout-out to the delivery heroes who face the elements like frost-kissed gladiators, bringing us hot n' tasty salvation. Y'all the real MVPs!

Now, on to the main course: McDonald's. I mean, it's McDonald's. You know the drill – burgers, fries, that eternally broken ice cream machine (probably fueled by the salty tears of *ahem* **mature individuals** who just wanted a McFlurry fix, you know what I'm sayin'?). But some joints, they just **bring it**, and this one? Buckle up, it's about to get McMagnificent.

The crew here? They're smoother than a hot fudge sundae (if that sundae, miraculously, ever existed). Orders fly out like Ronald on a sugar rush, and those smiles? Brighter than Grimace's after a triple patty feast. Plus, their fries? Crispy enough to survive a hurricane, seasoned with the tears of joy (and maybe a sprinkle of adult disappointment about that darn machine) I shed after every bite. I mean, seriously, these guys deserve Golden Arches made of solid gold.

So, to the McRockstars of this McDonald's: you've made my 2024 taste buds sing and my belly do a happy dance. You're the grease to my gears, the ketchup to my fries, the reason I still believe in fast food miracles. Keep on rockin', y'all are the MVPs (even if that McFlurry machine ain't).

Most enjoyable experience at a McDonald's I've ever had. Got there at 6:15am. Plenty of tables with electric outlets, soft music, overall quiet and peaceful. Even when at lot of customers were came in, the place did not seem noisy. It was fun to be there with people of all ages and stations in life, everyone enjoying themselves and looking out for one another.

I’ve always been dreadful of rochester and it’s places but I’ve got to say this Mc Donald’s is amazing I miss the fireplace for sure but their new renovation is nice and the customer service made me feel like I needed to leave a good tip. Food and drinks were delivered to my table and the staff checked in twice to make sure I didn’t need anything and with perfect timing too as I had just run out of ranch! The gentleman brought it over right away. Amazing service great job Rochester McDonald’s on Wakefield st! I’ll definitely start coming here all the time again!

This McDonald’s is my go to in Rochester. They always get my order right. Tonight, I went through the drive through and they forgot the burgers to one of my meals. Yes, I made it all the way home before I realized it. No big deal! I drove back and went inside. The manager was very polite and got the burgers to me quickly with an extra fry.

My family and I stopped here after church on Easter Sunday for coffee and a quick bite before heading to an event later in the day. The entire staff was so polite but especially the manager who was on duty. Everyone in our family commented on how great the experience was, especially on a holiday. I appreciate the employees who gave up time with their families to work today and did it with efficiency and a smile. One of the best McDonald's experiences that I have ever had.

HOPE NOBODY HATES ON GENTLEMEN working in the window about 6pm this evening. He was so polite and trying his best. yeah our order was slow and yeah we got two singles instead of MCdoubles ( we were charged for singles so no biggie!!! ) just hope everyone appreciates that people are trying!!!

Regular fast service. Can't go wrong.

It's pretty good, but usually crowded because it's right by the high school but the staff truly tries hard to get you in and out as quick as possible

Food is always hot and fresh at this location and they do try to always be friendly, even at the drive thru.

Quick easy, curb side pickup it surprised me how fast my food was done, props to you guys customer service was great too

Between this location and the other one Main St., this McD's have faster and prompt service. While both locations are friendly, there's never a delay and seems to be on time. Getting in/out of this location is a bit tricky depending on which direction you're coming from or going to but overall if I'm close to here, I opt to stopping by here.

This is the oldest McD's- across from the high school and still has the best quality food. They're breakfasts are the best!

Been to a lot of McDonalds, this one was awesome. No mistakes on the order, very fast service and the servers personalities were phenomenal.
