Family friendly spot for weekend hangouts, it’s more on a casual atmosphere…the service was quick to sit us in a booth and took our order. Loonie our service was exceptional, he made sure we were comfortable and have everything needed. I loved the pineapple Margarita; bartender mixed that smooth👌. Food was delicious and we had lots of fun

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! We arrived about 2 hours before closing, and the place was nearly empty. Despite this, we were seated at a table near the bar and waited almost 10 minutes before Lonnie noticed us.

When Lonnie finally approached, he quickly took our drink order and assured us he would take care of us, even though we were not in his assigned section. His exceptional service was truly above and beyond. Lonnie’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our visit memorable.

We can't thank him enough for stepping up and providing such outstanding service. If you’re lucky enough to have Lonnie as your server, you’re in for a treat!

I come to this On The Border quite frequently and the food and margaritas are always good. This particular evening I overheard a bit of discord coming from the kitchen area. My bartender, Crystal, told me one of the cooks, (Evan?) yells misogynistic things at her and other co-workers. I don't have both sides of this situation but I can say I could hear the argument from the bar and I believe the MOD was involved. Not a very pleasant experience. If this is an on going issue it should be addressed.

Brought my grandson here for our Day Date. He loves to eat beans and avocado 🥑 . Very convenient location and food and service is good.

Food was hot, delicious, and the service was great! We got our food pretty quick, which is unusual these days, and cooked just right! Plenty of food to get full on. We all enjoyed our final dinner in Texas before returning home!!!

I placed a door dash order 3 times and DoorDash continued to have issues with my order, one of the managers Katrina took my call and went above and beyond to ensure my order was successfully delivered! I appreciate you calling and following up when you didn’t have to Katrina. We need phenomenal managers like you

I usually don’t eat here, but I received a giftcard for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very good and our waiter was very nice and attentive. The restaurant itself has a very warm, relaxing ambiance. My boyfriend got the ranchilada plate and I got the veggie fajitas plate.

During our visit, a casual dinner, the restaurant was somewhat busy, but that not affected the fast and cordial service we received. The food was good and they made sure our basket of chips was never empty, their alcohol drinks are large and well prepared. I grabbed a sampler since I was unsure about what to order. Reliable place for lunch or dinner.

Amaris was one of the best servers I ever had in my whole life, Justin the manager also was at our table several times just checking on us and making sure our experience was the best. They both deserve to be recognized ❤‍🔥

My stopped in for a drink or 2. Our bartender Alexis was great. Friendly, fast, accommodating. We felt welcomed and the drinks she made was great. I hope her manager sees this. I wanted to tell him but we had to leave for our flight. Thank you Alexis. You were AWESOME.

Service could use a little bit of a help with speed, but other than that, it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the server was nice, just slow (the place wasn't packed yet).

Great customer service. The host was nice and greeted us when we walked in.. Our server Javier was amazing. We just had a appetizer and drinks. And tired the Texas Flight. Something new they have. Drinks were good..

Perfect spot for you to catch a sunset dinner on an affordable budget. This patio area is right next to the curbside pickup parking so the spots that would normally block the full sunset view are most likely open most of the time. We shared an appetizer and a plate of tacos with margaritas and ice cold beers for a great night out.

Great happy hour specials. This was a great place to go out on a date with my wife. Loved their chips n salsa and food! Margaritas are great too. Thanks for the great service and atmosphere!

Out of all the on the board I been this one takes a win with me ...place was very friendly well with kids food was very good... recommended to everyone.. thanks to the manager and staff and Javier will come again..

With so many options these days I tend to forget about this place. OTB is always a good choice in my opinion. And you can't go wrong with the big Borderito

This On the Border has come so far. We were not a fan for years. We've eaten here twice recently and it's been so good both times. We ordered to-go. Our orders were ready when they said they'd be ready. The customer service was great. Our orders were correct and so good. Wednesday, they have a special on the chicken fajitas. We'll be back :) Thank you all for working so hard!

Our server was Javier and he was absolutely THE BEST server we’ve had in forever!!! His customer service skills is what the world is missing! I don’t even think on the border has been this good in a long time! Don’t get me wrong the food was good, but with the service it made everything better! Thanks again Javier!! I will definitely be back and ask for him!
