Amazing. I have ALWAYS had a great experience shopping here. I just left a few hours ago. Had to exchange a gift with receipt and spend a gift card. The sneakers I wanted were not in my size, so the employee suggested I have them ordered. This is Wednesday, and I was told if I didn't get those sneakers delivered to my home, free by the way, by Friday they would arrive by Monday.

The service in the place is AWESOME!!!! I was helped by Sarah and her attention to the customer is as rare as a unicorn. She provides what retail customer service used to be. If every business had someone like her places like Amazon and robots/self service wouldn't exist.

I have a hard time finding shoes because I wear a 14. They had a great variety of shoes to choose from sizes 12 to 16. Lots of great clothes and accessories also. Never busy. Reasonable prices.

Absolutely the best shopping experience I’ve ever had! I felt down about having to even shop in a larger clothing store but after walking in here, Jess made me feel very comfortable and even said my size is “petite” as far as this store goes! She was very helpful holding my purchases for me while I looked at other items.

Don’t go anywhere else for larger clothing just come here, an hour drive was totally worth it for this experience.

Really great recent experience at this location. Caleb was extremely helpful and aided us in finding everything we needed and gave us several helpful suggestions about future purchases. Even though there were other customers in the store, Caleb made us feel like he was our personal shopper.

I always go here to buy clothes because the staff is so very friendly and pays close attention to my needs and wants. It is difficult being a person of larger size but whenever I go here the staff does their best to make me feel comfortable. I have started a lifestyle change and lost 60 pounds on 4 months. I still have a lot of weight to lose but will continue to do business here as long as I have to.

I visited your store looking for a nice shirt to wear for a wedding and did not have any idea what to select for a color or what size i needed,
Jessica, the sales clerk that was there stopped everything she was working on and helped me figure out what siz shirt i needed and which color to choose with the color pants and tie i already had she was very helpful and polite and very courteous i will definately come back for future visits

This a great store with really friendly staff. Their clearance racks have lots of great stuff. I highly recommend it for big and tall clothes.
