This resort was very comfortable. The music from across the street at Patches bar and grill went on until midnight. We loved it, but if you're an early to bed person, you may not want to stay here. You can walk across the street to eat at Patches, which has very good food and a fun atmosphere. A little ways past Patches you can walk to a very beautiful and clean beach with white sand. We will definitely return!

Great location and very well kept and clean resort. The staff were extra helpful - Thank you Stephanie for checking our site that allowed us to arrive early! Sites are nice size and well maintained. Nice pool and bathroom facilities. We rented a golf cart as well that helped us explore more of the area and get to the beach quicker. Will definitely return!

we have been staying PCB RV resort for the past 3 years, started out sharing time with Camp Gulf in Destin, now we are full time guests here. the resort is always very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the management is super at being accommodating . we have already booked 2 vacations next year. It is nice these days to enjoy anyplace you go, and feel the value for your money was deserved. thanks PCB RV resort.

Great campground. The grounds are great, decent sized lots and full hook ups. The pool is clean and really nice. It's a great location as its far enough away from the main areas of PCB yet close enough to enjoy if you want. A must visit with your RV if PCB is your destination.

Very nice, well kept park. Paved roads. Concrete slabs for parking with a concrete patio. No permanent units. Very easy, one block walk to the beach. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay and would stay again. Be prepared for loud music from bar and grill across the street that has outdoor music.

We enjoyed our pull thru site for the week of spring break. Park was clean. Pool was warm and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is wonderful and worth every penny.
Near St Andrews park and right across from the beach. The Patches bar can be a little noisy at night (if you have kids) but it was manageable. Plus, they have great food there. I’d recommend renting a golf cart and taking drives to St Andrews. Also, if you plan to have a fire, bring a Solo Stove or a fire ring. They don’t have those there because it gets a bit windy by the beach. A++ and we can’t wait to return to make more family memories.

We enjoyed staying here in our RV for several nights. It would have been difficult several weeks ago - still evidence of the tornado (one large RV still lying on its side). Great welcome and we enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach. A small dog park. Pub across the road. Grocery stores were about 2 miles away.

First night impressions:
In other reviews I see people complaining about street noise and noise from the restaurant across the street, I just want to clarify, the RV park literally has no control over such issues. This is PCB, if someone is looking for a quiet destination, I would suggest a cabin in the woods.
I also have seen several complaints about not having picnic tables, those must be old complaints, because I'm pretty sure every site has a picnic table.
To the ones complaining about the sites being close together, again this is PCB. They, meaning the RV park, along with every other condo, resort, hotel, etc., are here to make a profit. Literally EVERYTHING is close together, duh.
My husband had no issues checking in, the beach is literally a 5 minute walk away, there is a very nice pool available, the grounds are very well kept, the brick patterned driveway is beautiful, fellow campers are very friendly, we feel very safe and at ease, I could go on, but I'll stop there.
This is a family friendly, pet friendly RV vacation destination, if all the above topics are an issue for you, then I highly recommend a secluded cabin in the mountains. Maybe an RV vacation in a highly populated tourist area isn't right for you.

We had a great stay with these folks. For bout a week. The lady’s in the office was very helpful and very friendly. The location of the resort was really close to everything. Patches across street was a one minute walk. Their music was noticeable but it was always cut off at a reasonable time. We actually enjoyed setting outside. Awesome time. All good here. Oh yea and very pet friendly.

Loved staying in this condo!! It was very clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. I loved having the full-sized kitchen. It's a smaller resort, much more private and quieter which we appreciated very much. The pool is great and the beach is a short walk. I can't wait to come back!

Is there really anything much better than parking your camper a stone's throw away from a white sandy beach in tropical Florida? I'd argue, no, and if you'd agree, Panama City Beach RV Resort is exactly what you're looking for. You cannot find a better location. Within walking distance to both the beach and multiple bar and restaurant options, you'd be hard pressed to find a better spot to park your rig. The park is situated right outside Saint Andrews State Park as well. Whether you rent a pontoon boat and check out Saint Andrews Bay, enjoy a private beach experience at Shell Island Beach, or just relax in the sun or the shade of a palm tree at the resort - you're vacation has started when you've parked your camper here. Will definitely return.

This place was awesome well maintained, cement pads completely level. The hookups are a little far back so you may need a longer hose and sewer drain. It also isn’t shaded very well so the heat is intense. I would definitely recommend and plan the visit again. The office is open convenient hours and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bath houses were always clean and cool. The maintenance guys work their tails off to keep that place up. They have ice on site that’s reasonably priced. There the beach access isn’t as accessible as I would have liked but I walked over toward Venture Out which is next door and rented beach chairs $80 for three days pads and umbrellas. Over all a wonderful family trip.

This was our first rv camping experience so we weren't sure what to expect. We also were unfamiliar with the area AND it was our first family trip with 2 dogs and a 4 month old baby. I reserved a spot online just a couple days in advance and then called the resort the day before we left just to get some general information. I spoke with Adrienne who was very nice and moved our site to a better one. It was easy to find, very well maintained, and close enough to everything. The pool was wonderful, clean and quiet. The bathrooms and showers were convenient. Each site has it's own concrete pad and little grassy area which was perfect for our dogs. This place cost us a fraction of the price a hotel would have and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Nice lighting for walking the loop at night and everyone there was friendly. We'll definitely be back to our little secret place :-)

Stayed 3 nights in mid July. Was running a little behind and was going to be close to the offices 4pm closing time. They called me and offered after hours check in with a text of this site/gate code procedures. I’m glad I ended up making it in before they closed. It was my first time staying and the wanted to put me in site 1. After seeing site one(uncomfortably close to the building/pool/front gate), I was lucky enough to request another site. We ended up in 57, a pull through, for an extra 10 a night, well worth the up-charge! Pulling in was rather tight, with a 42’ 5er it was between taking a tree on the side panels or taking the tires off the road for a brief moment. It wasn’t a high deal, but you could see where people have scrapped a stabilizer on the road when dropping onto the sand to cut the corner. Beach was no more than 5 min walk. Golf cart would have been nice, but rentals are 150-175 a day. Pool was great for dips after the beach. No complaints besides site 1(also the high number by the entrance, really a bad deal!)
