Absolutely top notch! It doesn't get any better in my humble opinion. We have been coming here for our anniversary and are never disappointed. Love the cooks, wait staff, and just everyone here. Can't wait to visit again!

This is run by the owner chef and his wife. Incredible attention to local ingredients when they’re in season. Those things that are brought in, such as fresh fish, are incredibly well sourced. What a treat.

Very fancy food. Not what we normally go for, but we thought for a special occasion we'd try it out. We had escargot for an appetizer. It was really good. For entrees I had rack of lamb, my wife had a coffee and molasses encrusted filet, and my daughter enjoyed a New York strip. They were all prepared perfectly and tasted fantastic. We also indulged in desserts, cheesecake, lemon tart and creme brulee. They were also delightful. Our waiter Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful. If there was any downside to our experience it was the check. It was quite expensive. But sometimes it's okay to splurge a little!

Outstanding service, atmosphere, and food. My wife got the swordfish with jalapeño and pineapple. I got the molasses and espresso steak. Both dishes were stellar, and both cooked to absolute perfection (they know how to cook steak medium rare! Surprisingly uncommon around here!)

Brilliant fare across the board. Service was exceptional for our Aunt's 90th celebration. 50+ guests served with efficient, professional applomb. Food was SUPURB from appetizers to dessert!

Wonderful experience. Very very slow paced & there is no menu the server tells you all the options from appetizers to desserts. Had the most delicious peach daiquiri made with local peaches. The warm croissant with the entree was also a really nice touch. Expensive but worth every penny!

Prices are so insane that you too, can go into debt. I took one look at the menu and ran for my life. I'm not gonna pay $60 for a 6oz steak and some crab cakes. That's enough to eat at a all you can eat buffet 3 times at least . That's just crazy. Anyone who spends that much money on one meal is the exact problem with this country. All there reviews were unhappy. It's enough to just make me sick.

Beautiful place with wonderful food and excellent service. What more can a person ask for? Both Trent and Nick are excellent servers. I've introduced several friends to Mary's and everyone loves it!

Great food and great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and wine. I treated my wife and daughter here on Valentine's Day and they loved it. The cost for dinner for three was $220 plus a tip. Some may not like the higher prices but I feel it was worth the quality of food and hospitality. We will definitely return soon.

The best in Southern Illinois, and easily on par with the finest establishments found in urban centers. Food is wonderful, staff are a treat to interact with, a sure five star experience.

I have gone here for a Bridal Shower & a Birthday Party. Both times I was delighted with the selection of food and service given. It is a gem in Southern Illiois, what they portray and brand themselves with they live up to 100%. You won't be disappointed

Always a fine dining experience! They have a wide variety of fine delicacies. I'm partial to my usual surf and turf Alaskan King Crab with a Ribeye.

This place is one of a Kind. From the moment you enter until you walk out the door to leave the atmosphere is like nothing else in this area. The food is amazing as well as the staff. This is a must try and then you will want to keep going back.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Mary's. We were both very impressed. Everything was perfect! The host gave us a warm, friendly greeting and seated us right away. The ambiance was great and we loved the decor. Our server was amazing! We didn't wait for anything but our appetizer, salads, entrees, and desserts were all served to us at a much more leisurely pace than other restaurants. We didn't feel rushed at all to hurry up and eat so they could clear the table and move the next party in. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our meal. It was wonderful!! And the food, OMG!! The shrimp and lobster were most definitely fresh, never frozen. The steak knives they gave us weren't necessary. The steaks were so juicy and tender you could cut them with a butter knife and they melted in our mouths. It was all deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection! Last but not least, the best cheesecake ever! Hat's off to everyone at Mary's and thank you for making my birthday extra special.

My husband and I had dinner there last night for Christmas Eve 2022. The atmosphere was elegant, the service was amazing, and the food was delicious! Well worth the price. My husband had the ribeye and I had the chicken. Both were very good. We highly recommend this place.

Had never tried the lamb & our waiter brought a small sample of it with our appetizers- Their lamb is absolutely amazing- Both meals were perfect, great atmosphere & most of all a VERY nice young man as our waiter. My wife & I are dog lovers and he is as well. We even asked if he would show us pictures of his which he did. Mary's is fortunate to have knowledgeable amiable people like this. My apologies for not remembering your name! I'm awful about that.

My 78th birthday celebration. Wonderful food. Excellent service. Beautiful ambience. Escargot served with baby Bella mushroom. All four diners had excellent food.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Exceptional host and service was impeccable! Truly fine dining! Escargot and shrimp appetizers, both excellent! Seafood bisque, delicious! Sea Bass entree and Salmon entree were incredible! Highly recommended!

Impeccable service! Great food! Escargot were the best I've ever eaten. Duck breast was also very delicious! The seared scallops in drawn butter were perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth! Thanks for a great evening!
