I have been seeing Nurse Practitioner Sharla Carver since about 2005 (over 12 years now!) At first I was seeing a doctor that, although I believe him to be a good doctor, I didn’t always agree with his opinion and he did not document everything as thorough as it needed to be to qualify for a surgery that took SIX MONTHS of monthly visits to qualify for. I switched to Sharla at that point, based on a co-worker’s recommendation, and for the next six months she documented everything thoroughly and I qualified for the surgery I needed! Through this process I found a new primary caregiver that cares about her patients and is very good at documentation & communication! She always is very knowledgeable about my medical needs and I am a very medically complex patients who sees multiple specialists. Even though she is not a physician, I feel very confident having her coordinate my care. Also I want to say the front desk & office staff is always courteous and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at this clinic in the 15 years I’ve been going here.

I started seeing Mary Gardner a few months ago. She is awesome! I've never felt more cared for by a medical professional. Her and Whitney are great. And my health has steadily improved by following their instructions

I've always been treated well. The staff are efficient and friendly. Dr. Casper is the best. Dr. Casper is the reason I go there.

Their system to check you in upon arrival is extremely antiquated and SLOW. Got to my appointment 20 mins early with an appt time at 10 am and was not even called back until after 1030. It’s always funny how patients are penalized for being late to an appointment but yet This office does not hold itself to the same standard. KEEP MY INSURANCE ON FILE. I feel like every time I have to come back it’s like new patient setup all over again.

Waited 4 hours to see Dr. This place has not been the same since Dr. Weiser left.

I called no less than 3 times and left a message requesting an appointment with Dr. Casper over a month ago. She was recommended to me and I'd heard great things. However, I don't know how to get a call back from the front desk.

Stop doing business with these money hungry capitalists. They mis-prescribed my diabetes meds and are telling me I have to pay for another visit for them to get it right. If I’m under prescribed, that’s the doctors failure to prescribe the correct dosage. They should just prescribe me the correct dosage without wanting to charge me another office fee to
“GET IT RIGHT” the first time.

Am I wrong?
Does this sound just and right?
This is why we need mass healthcare. To stop the PAY TO PLAY MEDICAL BILLING MONSTERS .
I asked a very nice malpractice attorney and he stated they’re under investigation for this practice of more than 200 clients.

Wait time with appt is at least 2 hours. They don't call in your Rx. Nothing but a rat race. Impossible to communicate with them. They won't give you refills without an appt. They only care about money. Done with this office. Since Dr. Casper left I followed her.

Shawn Farver is the best PA! Too bad she left. This practice does not seem to care about the patient. I called my insurance company to speak with a nurse about an issue and Wise Med's response. She said the first thing she would suggest is to find another doctor. I have been a patient here for 20 years.

I will never go back here again. I took my son 2-3 weeks ago to get shots and run some allergy test. They said they'd call me within a few days. Never got a call so I called them. No answer for 2 days. They finally returned my call. And said he wasn't allergic to anything. I said well there was to be something bc I have him a juice and it broke out. They asked what kind if juice I told them they said well probably the strawberry in the juice I guess. They did not test him for that. But how do you tell someone you guess!?? Then an hour later got another phone call from them bc they didn't remember how many shots he got that day. They did not document them!!!

Took Covid test last Saturday and a week later I still don't have the results by email. I have made a dozen calls requesting my results and still no results. I need the test to see my wife in a nursing home. Nobody there cares about the patients.
