Despite all of the good things I could say, what stood out the most to me was the kindness and honest nature of everyone involved. It can be scary trusting someone that they are charging you correctly or telling the truth in any sort of service work. I always felt at ease dealing with this company. Everyone I encountered was kind, considerate, and told the truth…even when I had difficult questions. I would highly recommend using them if you are looking for a remodel. I've never had an interior designer before but I was interested in renovating my basement. I was wanting someone to tell me if my ideas are reasonable and if we're using our space efficiently. I had the renovation company already and I could do my own project management. I reached out to Heather after seeing her Google reviews. She scheduled a phone call and then she came in to do a walk thru that same night. She was able to understand my style by just telling her what I liked. She was very informative and detailed. She even drew a plan for me that also included pictures and links which was very helpful. This is my first experience with an interior designer and she went above and beyond my expectations. I asked about cost and she looked out for me by saying how much cost I should be expecting or what quality I should be looking for to make sure I don't get scammed. It feels like she treated my home like her own home. I hope I get to work with her again.

Heather and her team of skilled contractors executed a beautiful complete renovation of our master bathroom. Heather helped us solve some tricky layout issues with a beautiful contemporary spa like design. She provided beautiful design options and took all the stress out of the project by managing the project for us. This entailed everything from coordinating the estimates, ordering materials, scheduling work, and overseeing completion of our project from all the vendors. We are thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend her and her team!

Heather designed our master bedroom and we love it! It was such a huge, intimidating space but she transformed it into a wonderful, cozy retreat we can now enjoy. She worked with some existing furniture and made it all go together wonderfully. She is very professional and we are very happy with how things turned out! Highly recommend.

Heather was so helpful when I needed advice on a bathroom remodel! I was overwhelmed by all of the choices and options, so I gave her a call. She met with me that day and helped me pick out some tile, paint colors, faucets, lights and mirrors. She did all of this in a one hour consultation, and then sent pictures and websites to me with all of the options we liked. It was just what I needed and I really appreciated her ability to apply her skill and knowledge to my project. I highly recommend Heather and Hearth And Haven Design!

It was great working with Heather and Andrew! In addition to being a genuinely nice person with impeccable taste, Heather was honest, helpful, and patient. She offered options for her involvement: I could turn it over to her completely, could use part of her plan on my own, or anywhere in between. Once I met with her and received the initial plan, I felt comfortable leaving it to her, which turned out to be a wise choice.

I especially appreciated her flexibility. She was able and willing to work with pieces I couldn’t quite part with (even if they weren’t completely in style) and was creative in incorporating them into the new design.

Andrew is an accomplished woodworker and made a beautiful side table to match one I already had. It’s perfect, he didn’t miss a detail.

There were no surprises when invoice(s) came. Any changes from the original plan (and there weren’t many unless I made them), were discussed ahead of time.

Everything was completed as planned and I’m very happy with the result. It was a great experience. I would happily recommend and call on Heather and Andrew again!

What an AWESOME House Warming Gift
I received a design consultation from Hearth and Haven as a house warming gift. It was such an awesome experience. I didn't know what to expect, but Heather put my heart at ease with her kind spirit and expertise. We discussed what her company offered and then we discussed my ideas and preferences. The experience was so personable. It didn't just end on the day of service. When I received my Design Summary, it was proof that she listened to EVERYTHING i mentioned. She incorporated her passion with creativity and drafted a vision for my home. It was AMAZING. What's even more amazing, is that, I still receive ideas from Heather. If she sees something that would interest me, she doesn't hesitate to share. She welcomes all of my questions. There's a bonus!! Her husband is a carpenter, I'm looking to hire him in the near future :-) Thank YOU Heather, Thank YOU Hearth and Haven Design for making my new home purchase a smooth transition.

Heather gave us excellent advice concerning our kitchen cabinets! While we came to Hearth and Haven to ask about replacing our cabinet fronts, Heather was kind enough to suggest that we could redo our existing fronts ourselves and gave us excellent advice on how to complete the project. I was very impressed with Heather's knowledge and expertise and especially with her willingness to share it with us!

Huge thanks to Heather and Andrew with Hearth and Haven for a job well done! We feel like we have a whole new house with our remodeled kitchen, new front doors, new barn door for the home office, whole house re-paint (inside and out), all new light fixtures, plugs and plug covers, vent covers, and door hardware. On top of all of that, Heather accomplished a budget-friendly décor refresh in just about every room. Heather, Andrew, and their team of tradespeople and suppliers were top-notch. We were especially pleased with the quality of the teams of electricians, the painters, and the floor and backsplash installers. Both Heather and Andrew are talented, passionate, and professional. Heather worked with us to use the décor items we already had in a new way. She listened to what we were looking for and made it happen. We went from a house that felt cluttered and out of date to a serene, relaxing, and tasteful home.

Heather is amazing at what she does! She is very professional, sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate about her work. She will work with your budget and help you get to your goal with a step by step plan.
Heather will first draw out the plan on paper with a good idea of how much it will cost.
Next she sends you a detailed email of the plan she discusses with her client. It’s very helpful to have that so that you can go back to the email and the paper with the envisioned plan and know exactly what step is next.
It’s exciting to see everything coming along. She is quick to respond to any questions. Absolutely amazing customer service and great taste in design!
