This was my first. At this location and I was very impressed with how pleasant j and the girl who took my order through the drive through presented themselves. It's always good to have pleasant Interactions with people, especially in the fast food Industry.

Updating my review as the staff there today was friendly. I'm happy to see nice people handling the drive through now. Service took a reasonable amount of time as well.

Very friendly good experience for my first time I believe Maya made my sandwich, she said was made with love which I appreciate ❤

Coffee Mocha
Half hot chocolate & half coffee
With white whipped topping & chocolate drizzle
My stress relief & comfort drink
Any time of the day for me

I wish they were open longer than 5 pm

The prices went up economically,
So my daily drink & sometimes twice a day, has turned to 1 or 2Xs a week because $5.00 for a Large mocha at Tim Hortons daily was an expensive drink.

Also, has been a really big turnover in the staff since Covid19.

However, everyone is friendly and professional.
They soon get to know me.

I Ordered two dozen donuts and coffee for my co-workers. Service is everything.This place was a pleasant surprise. The manager and staff were extremely nice. Love it. I'll be back. 😇

I love the hot chocolate & timbits whenever I visit Columbus.

I just left there about an hour ago and the owner of this franchise should be so happy - the dining room was clean, the staff were super friendly and attentive. Donuts and coffee were fresh. This was a perfect midway meeting point for me and my friend and will be our new go-to since the service was so excellent

I love Tim Hortons. I just get regular coffee so nothing fancy. The staff were courteous and speedy. I wish they had gluten free donuts though.

I come to this location at least 5 days per week. Service is always fast and friendly. My iced coffee is always spot on to my preference. This is the best Tim Hortons in the Reynoldsburg area!

We first had Tim Hortons during a visit to Canada and were instantly wishing there was a location closer to us. When we travel through Ohio we always try to stop. They have great egg free donuts and their Ice Capps are delicious. I highly recommend stopping by if you ever get the chance.

We love Tim Hortons coffee. Stopped to get three large cans to take home. There is no Tim Hortons near us in West Virginia. Pass through Ohio about twice each year and always buy our coffee then.

Perfect experience. Employees were friendly, prompt, and courteous. Drive thru was speedy during an 8am rush.

Whenever we came to this location the server was really nice. He made our drinks correctly & it was delicious! The blend of shots combined with the drinks was on point! Keep up the great work! 🥯🥤😘

Hi my name's Amanda and I'm a Tim Hortons coffee addict. That being said I am not always a fan of some locations. This is the only location I've been to that's never out of product, always friendly, and fast. Other locations need to take some tips from this one.

Was great service and very kind two me takeing care of my order of med cofee double double they even gave me an extra muffin for my dog tim Hortons got the best of every thing prefer going two this location then other location and there copettors cant waight two visit tim Hortons again

If you haven't been able to try the Pumpkin Spice Donut or Timbits I would highly suggest it they are delicious. I have never had anything but friendly and positive experiences.

My Mom is 87 and appreciates a cozy, quiet place to eat. The soup is delicious, the bagels are perfect, and most importantly the coffee is just right 😁

Tim Horton's reminds me of Starbucks but a little more high-class love the croissants there I just left everything about Tim Hortons is right next to our hotel and it was convenient cheap delicious friendly service love it would recommend

First time being in a Tim Horton's and I love it. Will go again if I have the time.

I have come to this Tim Hortons plenty of times and once in a blue moon, my order was a bit off. But all in all it is a great place.
