Dunkin'

Went in today and purchased 4 donuts. After bagging my donuts, the manager kindly explained to me how the donuts were a little on the melted side. No problem! He proceeds to package each donuts separately just so the donuts wouldn’t be stuck to each other. Also, made sure to give me extra napkins.

This location truly cares about their customers!

Weekdays- morning staff: KILL IT.
Ive never experienced a faster and more consistant drive thru (over 20 trips- never got my order wrong). Even if there is 4 cars in front-im never in line longer than 5 minutes

3pm-Went in this past Sunday, first time. We nirmally go into the butbs or cuty to get donuts because many if the stores are open later if nit 24/7. The Loves Park location was a pleasant surprise. The employees were great. All of them. Store was clean. Donuts were fresh. I just hope they extend their hours.

Drive thru morning rush is always FAST service, even with 9 cars ahead of me: im never in line for more than a few minutes. This speaks to well trained staff.

From the outside this dunkin donuts looks good, but from the inside it is great. Very good, quick and fast service.

Hi everyone! I would just like to inform I am one of the managers at this location. And I would like to say, WE ARE NOT CHICAGO LOCATION. So no, the 24 hours is NOT APPLICABLE to us. It’s different owners. NOT ALL Dunkin’s are run by the same person. As for free coffee refills, we don’t have that unfortunately. We do however have reasonable coffee refill prices and you can bring/buy your own coffee mug/cup and we will happily refill it. I apologize about that stale donuts, if anyone else has experienced that, I am deeply sorry. As for getting orders wrong, that is our mistake and we are working on being more diligent. HOWEVER! Running out of donuts, we have to up our donut order due to becoming more increasingly busy. I do apologize about how upset most of you are that have commented.

I come to this location everyday. Lately I've been going through some tough times (multiple deaths in family within a few weeks) and it's been hard to even smile. I haven't gotten the young man's name, but his customer service has made the start to my days a lot brighter. He's even got my order down. He's cute too. I look forward to coming to this Dunkin. Gotta have my liquid gold ;)

I used the Dunkin' app for the first time and discovered the points come easily. The Sourdough Sandwich is a hit with me it was delicious. The iced cappuccino was good but the blueberry shots were a little overwhelming. Overall the service was fast and my breakfast was tasty great job Dunkin'

This place was absolutely amazing they got our orders right on the first try or a lot of the locations don't do that I would like to thank the manager here for service and the people that work there the management of this place and the employees are just amazing if you could the manager of this place please write me back this is absolutely amazing

I don't know how the food is cause I only go for the cappuccino mocha swirl. Whenever i see a Dunkin I stop and get one. Love them that much.

I always love stopping at Dunkin Donuts. They make a great coffee whether it's hot or iced. That works are amazing and the Donuts are always fresh and delicious
