She is always prompt if not early for the appointment. Tandy provides us with the kind of service that has us looking forward to each quarterly appointment. She demonstrates a very positive demeanor while treating the property, and always asks us if there are any special needs that she can help us with. I have an embarrassingly irrational fear of spiders, so as you can imagine when the Black Widows decided our house was a good place to set up camp... it did not go well for me. After coming face to face with one on the back porch I made a call to Arrow. Sydney in the office was an absolute rockstar. She helped me get scheduled ASAP, and provided me with information to be prepared for the exterminator, and even put me at ease... which was no easy task. The next morning, Jose called to let me know he would be arriving in a half an hour, well inside the time frame I was given. He worked quickly and efficiently. He removed all of our unwanted guests, made sure we knew what to expect over the next couple of days, and was very courteous. I'm thrilled with the service I've received so far, and appreciate that they will come out again if we have any more issues.

We love TANDY and all she does !!!! She AlWAYS goes above and beyond and makes sure we are taken care of !!!!! I have not seen a bug one since she's been here

We have had not had any pest problems and our house is only treated on the outside. We are very happy with this company. Our home is in a remote area surrounded by wildlife and woods and we have issues with no bugs since our service began.
