The admin staff and the case workers are AMAZING! Not so much Dr. Smith

There are certain staff members that are the best.
Only thing I wish they stop doin is switching my
Counselor and my case worker when I find one I like to stick with

We have been sitting here since 8am and it is now 11:26 just for intake. This is our third day here and all of the days we have been present we were told that a appointment has been made for the next day. Open at 7:45 we come and close at 5pm we still remain.

How is this still an occurrence, not just to me, but to the other interviews/ reviews. I don’t fully understand why they don’t take feedback from us, the community.

Lastly, I rarely ever wright reviews but this is actually very sad to experience.

Caseworker is an absolute joke. I spoke to her once. I don't think I have ever had an actual appointment. The nurse set up appointments with me, without calling me. I would only know because of their courtesy reminders. Then I have to drop whatever I have planned or going on to attend whatever it is she needs from me. The "doctor" is rude, short with me, extremely negative and literally gave up on me. After trying two or three different medications. Definitely not even worth the paperwork it takes to get in the door. You're better off anywhere else.

Constantly inconsistent! They will make your appointments without your knowledge or any advance notice AND you had better keep it or be put on a ‘probation’ that risks your ability to make any further appts or receive your medicine. Staff has no concern or remorse for any patient, youth or elderly. 3 plus years later, and every visit is another headache with no other options.

They don't really care if you have meds or not. Tammy is nice. But if they screw up, they don't really care about you.
