Professional, caring service. I made an appointment for 9:30 am and arrived a bit early. There were two people already there ahead of me. It still took only an hour and fifteen minutes to be seen and get my antibiotics prescription filled. I was very pleased with Joy, the Nurse Practitioner who saw me.

This is for a visit earlier in the month. Saw Nurse Ross for a medical issue. She was patient and thorough in her examination and took time to answer every question I had. This a quality not found in many doctors these days. I would recommend her services for anyone having medical problems and need access to a clinic.

Must give 5 stars. I’m at least 4 visits I have been in and out in less than an hour as a walk in. Everytime Myself or family member has been treated with respect and kindness and prescriptions filled instantly. Cannot say enough good things!

We were seen right away and they were very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. After testing positive for strep, they had are medication ready in 5 minutes.

First time coming here. Highly recommend. Extremely nice and thorough. Wait time wasn't bad at all. Great experience, even though I was sick. I'll be back.

Quick and easy. Register at kiosk. Then only deal with one person.

Not a lot of places to sit, but keep in mind it's inside of a CVS so that is to be expected. The APRN, Joy, was incredibly kind and helpful. I am hoping this is a more economical option than Doctors Care for our minor illness needs.

They posted an article in August, stating that they were adding more labs to process their specimens, for more appropriate result wait times. Blatantly lied. Looking at reviews with the exact same complaints. When asked about current response times for results, was told 2-3 days. It has been 8 with no results and no feedback from the contact us chat option, as NO one is able to follow up with the lab, to even ask the lab if the specimen was valid and for their ETA for results to post. Why collect so many if you can't process in an acceptable length of time? Why not be up front and tell people the truth so they can go elsewhere? If I read during peak times... But you don't reflect that it's peak time... Why is it taking CVS so long vs. other collection centers?? People can't work or care for their family while waiting on results. & I'm really going to be ticked off if I receive a message stating that the specimen needs to be recollected...

Horrible experience. I was told that my wait time was 36 minutes, with only one person in front of me. I came back in after waiting forty minutes. The doctor told me that I had to wait and additional 30 minutes while she goes on a quick lunch. I called prior to coming sand wasn't told about her lunch break. It was a 25 commute just for me to get there. It was an unpleasant experience and I wish I had went to med now.

I love the idea of the minute clinic however my husband and I came to this office to get vaccines for an upcoming trip out of the country. We weren't told that some of the vaccines were an out of pocket expense, so when we got a bill a month later for the full amount of the vaccine blew our minds. I thought my insurance just didn't cover it, so I called my insurance and they didn't receive a claim for the certain vaccine that was given. I found out it was an out of pocket expense after speaking to the minute clinic call center representative....... If I had KNOWN that they wouldn't even submit a claim for the vaccine, I would have made the choice not to get it or find another means of getting it instead of getting a SURPRISE bill in the mail. This "office" location needs to provide better detail service when accepting patients needs and requests, especially when it comes down to receiving money for services not known were not going to be submitted to the patients insurance company.
