Piedmont Prompt Care at Georgia Avenue

I was in and out in 22 minutes. It took longer for the lady at the reception desk to check me in, then it did for the entire visit. The parking is in the back of the building and I was in a big truck. It was fine, no issues. Getting out of parking lot was easy and I went straight to the red light. The lobby and facility was very clean.

The Piedmont Promt Care Clinic was clean and comfortable. I really got prompt and accurate care. All personnel were kind, respectful and welcoming. Doctor was really nice, knowledgeable, good listener and got a quick diagnosis and treatment. I also like the fact that this facility have xray equipment on site. I for sure got me a new Prompt Care Clinic.

Whole staff very nice. Dr. Sherwood was so pleasant. Wait was less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend.

The parking lot is a nightmare to navigate in a Toyota Sequoia. One handicapped space (taken) and one empty parking space. I couldn't make it inside the building so I'm unable to comment on patient care at this location. I can only hope that patients are treated with respect, privacy and professionalism here because they most certainly are not at the Sweetwater location.
