I had the best experience with William and Jaime!! What a huge help they was with my car. I came in for 4 brand new tires, found a few issues which that was completely honest with me. Helped me save money, definitely made me feel comfortable doing business with them. I so supper would recommend them.

Every time I have come to this location they have been professional, prompt and knowledgeable about all available tire products. They have covered all of my available options in the past and helped me understand which tires would best suit my vehicle and northeast winters! This morning I had a slow leak in one tire, easily made an appointment online, and not 20 minutes later they called to discuss and confirm my appointment. The moment I arrived at the shop, several mechanics greeted me as I walked in, they took my car in and have quickly fixed the leak. All of the staff is friendly and I have never had a negative experience here. Thank you!!

Quick, smooth, and easy. They got me in dispite being busy as heck. Got everything I had issues with all sorted out on the cheaper side of a dollar. The guys here never disappoint! Corporate if you read this. Give these hard workers a raise!

Jon is an amazing manager. This guy goes out of his way to always help when needed. And don’t get me started on the new assistant Jamie. These guys got a good thing going I wouldn’t change a single thing. Always 100% honest and willing to help will 10 out of 10 times recommend.

jamie and bill were definitely not only super communicative and helpful they were extremely nice. Everytime they ran into something regarding my car, they made me aware of the situation and asked what i preferred to be the next step. definitely will be returning for any future issues. Came in early hoping to get in when I've been trying elsewhere for days the manager at the counter, I believe his name was john? This is my second time back to the Mavis in Johnstown. The store is very clean and well kept. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment and my truck was taken in immediately! The service techs here have a very acute attention to detail and the service advisors are friendly and informative. I will be back for my future service needs. Keep up the good work!

Got my tires done December of 2022, they never changed my valve stems (previous management was definitely subpar), so when I had service done at the dealership, they filled with nitrogen. Here we are in winter again and my low tire pressure light comes on. Sadly, they don’t have nitrogen, but they agreed to drain the tires and change the valve stems right away to get me on my way.

Thanks John and crew for the great customer service and for caring to call all around town to see if we could find nitrogen. Thank you for finding a solution in a timely fashion and taking such great care of me!

Awesome people!!! They went above and beyond to take care of me and even ate the cost when things beyond their control went wrong. The only ones willing to get me in right away. Would highly recommend going here for your auto repair!!!

I ordered tires and scheduled an appointment online for later in the week. Mavis called the next day and said they could get me in that day. Once there, they offered a better, higher milage tire for about the same price as the tires I ordered. Got me right in and out.
