Came in with a galexy Fold 4. They replaced my screen and worked with me. Good store run by good people.

Helped me out with a charging issue and was all set not even 5 minutes later and didn't charge me anything definitely will keep in mind if I have anything else wrong in the future

I was there today for a cell phone sim card problem and even though the gentleman disn’t fix it he knew exactly what was wrong and told me to go to my phone carrier. He was very helpful
And my phone carrier fixed the issue.

I took my computer to get fixed here recently, as the hinge broke off. They were very transparent about the price and how long it would take to get fixed. Computer was fixed by when they said it would be, price was reasonable, and it works good as new!
Also they had to take the back off of my computer and replace it, but saw all the stickers i had and let me keep the old back. I'm making it into wall art now.
Overall I can not imagine having a complaint about this place and I would definitely come back here for any other issues i have with my computer.

Excellent service. John with the long curly hair went above and beyond on an Elite series 2 controller which no one else in the area would touch as they are hard to work on. Also wiped down my laptop internals free of charge when getting a new battery! Timely & affordable too.

My son brought his Xbox in to be repaired. He raved about the customer service and how kind the gentleman working was. They told him the repair may take up to three days, but he was pleasantly surprised when it was completed in less than 24 hours. This is the second time that we have had an excellent experience at this store, the first time being for a cell phone repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The people at CPR were friendly and explained what I needed and was reasonably priced.

The hdmi port for my ps5 was damaged do to it falling off the table with the cord still hooked in, brought it to this place and they did a great job repairing it. It is good as new and the guys in there were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure nothing else wasn’t damaged due to the fall. I would definitely go back here if I ever have another problem with my devices.

Last year I dropped and broke my Galaxy S10, the screen was cracked pretty badly. I am very picky about my devices and I can't live with cracks on my phone. I brought it to these guys and an hour later my phone was as good as new with a brand new screen. Forward ahead a year I now have a Note 20 ultra 5G. I absolutely love this phone but last weekend in a freak accident I cracked the entire back and managed to screw up the screen so it had distortion at the top that wasn't going away and would never go away. I brought it to these guys, paid for a new screen and a new back both OEM parts, and I got the call today to pick up my phone which looks like I just took it out of the box on day one. Absolutely flawless. These guys are incredibly friendly, very informative and professionals at what they do. Phone parts for newer phones aren't cheap, so depending on your phone or repair it could still be expensive, but it's going to be cheaper than buying a brand new phone and letting your current device go to waste just because it's damaged. Older model phones have more reasonably priced parts so if you have a phone that's a year or two old or older, it might not even be that much to get a new battery, screen or back cover. Repairing glass phones today with sealed batteries is no walk in the park, so this shop is going to be my go-to going forward for any other high end phones I manage to break. :/

I shattered my laptop screen right before school finals and reached out to CPR, they immediately gave me a fair price to repair it and timeline of when the part would be in. Very helpful and professional. They repaired the screen and it works like new. Highly recommend

In the process of replacing my Samsung Galaxy 9S battery, something went wrong with my display. Ryan was very professional and responsive, rectified the situation and got me back in business in a few hours. I was very happy with my first CPR experience!

I brought my 3 year old phone in for a replacement battery, which they installed. They have to remove the screen to replace the battery and when they reassembled it, the screen was messed up (but still functional). They ordered a replacement for next day delivery and replaced the screen the next day at their expense. That was three weeks ago and my phone has been good as new ever since.

Very professional, courteous, a did exactly what they promised! Had to order a part for me, gave me a realistic expectation the week of a major holiday and kept me updated when needed. Hopefully I will never need to use their services again but if I or a friend/family member are in need of phone/screen repair they are the only business I'd trust in the Syracuse area!!!
