An associate was working nearby as I was looking in the cat harness section. I needed a dog harness! She pointed me in the right direction :)
Then, after I made the selection, the cashier was able to instruct me how to use it :) I really appreciated the help from both of them :)

I prefer this store over the surround others. The staff is very friendly; from the floor associates to the cashiers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Marissa was a tremendous help at the register after my wife and I made a late trip to buy our first puppy food and supplies 👍🏽🐶

I get it in and out for dry food. The Wellness aisle gets moved often, which is confusing. The dry food costs less here than at my preferred pet store, where the canned food cost less.

The team at this Petco is so helpful! We came in about 20 minutes before close to quickly grab stuff for our new puppy and they acted as if they had just opened & were so willing to help us find the right size crate and bed. The store also was spotless and well stocked.

I needed flea treatment for my cat. Ryan, in Bridgeport, and the next day in Stratford store helped me to find it. He is patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. Without him, I couldn't find the right products. Thank you, Petco for hiring such high-quality people.

1st time at this location and was greeted by Evelyn which helped me get some frozen rats for My pet snake, as I approached the register to pay I saw a Black cap Conure which was being handled by Shawn what an awsome Lil bird and gesture. It makes me consent to know that the animals aren't just behind the glass or cage but interacting with people, I mean it makes sense right, lol thanks Yall for everything and keep it up

They did a great job grooming my 85lb golden retriever. The grooming team is wonderful!

Exceptional Customer Service. Went to this location to return a pet carrier. While shipping for items for our 16 week old morkie, an employee named Louis assisted me and was so insightful about training, feeding, and grooming practices. I was highly impressed with his willingness to help me in every way and his overall knowledge and passion with animals. I've already started following his training advice and see a positive results. Will definitely visit this store again. 10+ in customer service!

Normal Petco how the ability to adopt cats

Petco on Main St in Bridgeport was great. The groomer Jessica is the best. The staff are so pleasant and the products including pet apparel are so nice and well stocked. I will continue to take my little doggie Princess there. They even put a little bandana around her neck. Nice touch! Princess was happy!

Everyone is always so polite and very attentive to my needs. The store is kept very clean and the animals are well taken care of. My niece loves accompanying me to Petco and I couldn't be happier with all the staff. Love how great and convenient my local Petco is.

My dog began to have bad food allergies, my vet told me to give her Taste of the Wild. I went to Petco and asked where I could find that brand. Geo (petco employee) took me to the area and spent at least 15 minutes helping me out. He went over the various choices and discussed the ingredients with me. He was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. . He also told me that Petco has their own food which is grain free and reasonably priced! I never knew that. It's another good option. He was such a great help. Not only good products but great customer service!

Love this store for any of my pet's needs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on so many different species it's amazing. I've always been treated with lots of respect and I would definitely recommend shopping here.
