Joshua and Trey were excellent. Every time I have a question they've been so helpful. Joshua even remembered me days after I got my new phone which was extremely helpful with not having to explain the whole situation again. The guys at this store are professional and personable, deserving of the 5 stars 😁

I walked into the Trumbull, CT store with a phone that was a fire hazard due to an overheating battery. Tre welcomed me and he expressed great concern regarding this as a safety issue. We were able to upgrade my phone to a newer Google Pro and the experience was terrific. I would highly recommend visiting this store for any of your wireless needs.

Grateful to receive great customer service which is so rare nowadays. This store was way better than any Verizon store I’ve ever been too. Joshua was fantastic with providing help and also giving useful information, and taking his time rather than rushing us out the door like most Verizon stores I’ve been too. Store was also very clean and neat. Any issues with Verizon I highly recommend going and asking for Joshua’s help.

Trevon was very helpful and patient while we sorted out a stolen phone situation and upgrades for the entire family. He was able to provide thoughtful feedback so that we purchased phones/a plan that made the most sense for us. Would highly recommend this location.

Joshua and the 2 other gentlemen at this location were awesome! Josh helped us get my 5th grade son his graduation gift, an iPhone 14. He was thorough and got our family the best possible deal and set everything up so we could walk right out the door. It was a nice moment we all shared together.

Tre and Rob were the best. Tre started our journey moving to Verizon and Rob finished up. They worked together well and went the extra mile to get this done. Spectrum had a glitch in their system and my wife’s phone couldn’t be ported over to Verizon and I had to deal with Spectrum and their IT department that was Not a Customer Contact department and I feel that was a large part of the Glitch. Tre went above and be-on for us I was very impressed. He even helped after he was done with his shift. Rob took over and helped get my wife’s phone connected to the Verizon network and we were very pleased and stayed until the phones were working and verified they functioned properly and answered any of our questions we had before we left. Very Happy we are back as a Verizon customer again.

I was helped by Tre and I received the best offer for my phone!! He was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know and even gave me a paper quote so it was all written down for me. I was going to get my camera fixed and I walked out with a new phone and even an IPad!!! Cannot say more amazing things about Tre and this store!

I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but Tre and Josh went above and beyond to assist my 11 year old son and I tonight, as well as the many other customers we saw come and go throughout the time we were in the store. Tre took his time to find the best deal he could so that my son could get the phone he really wanted. He was considerate of the other customers that came in while taking care of our lengthy process, and was able to multi task well in order to assist them. Josh was very knowledgeable and offered his expertise when he wasn't managing other customers. Both gentleman included my son in the process which I appreciated. Trumbull Verizon should be your first and last stop when looking to upgrade or add a line, phone or device. You won't be disappointed with these two gentleman.

I cant say enough about the extraordinary service I received today at the Trumbull Verizon store on White Plains Road. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Josh went above and beyond to help me move my phone and apple watch over to Verizon. He also moved my existing account into a better package that will save me some money every month. I usually dread having to make changes to my cell phone. Josh made the whole process very easy.
