I stopped by here because I wanted some fresh made chocolate and saltwater taffy. The lady that worked here was so friendly and patient with me because I asked a lot of questions and I even had to ask if the strawberry flavoring for the taffy was natural or artificial. Since my mother is allergic to strawberries. She was able to get the answer that I wanted and help me buy plenty of chocolate and Taffy. All of it was delicious, especially the homemade caramel candy that I bought. This place is well laid out and has plenty of chain candies and homemade options as well. Everything was delicious, especially the milk chocolate coconut almond patty that I bought.

The owner was so helpful and made it such a joyful and pleasant experience. Definitely coming back. The lady taffy tastes amazing! The Carmel is addicting! The marmalade candy is so tasty! Everything is yummy and fun!!

The tastes and smells here are amazing of everything that we sampled and purchased. The fudge flavor and texture was 100% and tasted fresh like homemade fudge. The caramel marshmallow chocolate dipped treat was better than anything I've had at See's Candy, which is saying a lot. The guy was very nice and easy going and informative. The prices were also a little lower than most places. If we lived here we wouldn't ever go anywhere else for candy.

I make candy also. This place is great and always busy. Displays are something to see also.

The candy is delicious. The place is a little hard to find. Being on the back side of Pier Park.

All the threats are great loved the sea salt caramels and the chocolate nut clusters can't wait to try the peacan log the key lime fudge was different but good. The guy behind the counter at the pier park location was friendly and told us all about how the taffy was made. Came back to add that the pecan log was amazing and the pralines were great too. Highly recommend this place

Awesome candy store! Homemade candy, fudge and more! Plus Ice cream!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this store. I was expecting a chain store with premade candy but no… they make their treats in-house and they are delicious! The pralines were so good that we stopped again before leaving town and the ice cream was amazing. Staff was super friendly. We will be making this an regular stop on our beach trips

Finally popped into this place today! The employees made it fun and we tried new things ! The salt water taffy is made on site and is realllly good !!

Not only is their product fresh and tasty but the experience is fun. Staff is very informative and facility is immaculate. Will definitely make a return visit!

Fantastic ice-cream and super service! I had peanutbutter and my wife had butter pecan. Most people would have already locked the door because it was 1 minute past closing, but we were greeted with a smile and great service!

The pricing and staff was nice. Spent half as much as the candy store in Georgia. I have also been looking for caramel apples with nuts for awhile and I finally found them at this store.

This store is deliciously beautiful. If you are a sugar-holic and we are, this is your store. It was a fun experience just by seeing all the candy, even the 5 pound gummy bear😂. The ice cream was phenomenal. We brought home the pralines and Rocky road candy that was exquisite. While we were outside eating the ice cream, the owner came and talked with us. Such a wonderful gentleman. It was a highlight of our vacation and we are still talking about it. ❤❤❤

Absolutely amazing service as soon as you walk in! It was well lit and clean! As a local I’m excited to see a local candy shop! They make their saltwater taffy in house! The fudge is melt in your mouth delicious and not overly sweet which is a huge plus! Let’s not talk about the flavor either!! Ok ok let’s! The peanut butter fudge was not overpowering it had the perfect combination of peanut butter and white Chocolate flavor and ohh the key lime pie fudge has the perfect amount of lime mixed with creamy goodness!! They hand dip their frozen bananas and pineapple per order which adds to the freshness of a cold treat! I cannot wait to go back!

My family and I went to both chocolate shops near Pier Point, and holy smokes Batman - the staff were so much friendlier and more helpful at Candymaker. We bought a selection of goodies to try, and each one was fantastic!! 100% recommended 😋
