As with most places, they were short staffed, but the guy that took my order and payment was extremely polite, and kept me updated on why everything was "taking so long". I didn't really think it was that long, but his reassurances definitely helped.

I love this taco bell. The only thing is they run out of stuff a lot.

This Taco Bell's Staff is awesome! Very Friendly and they can take a joke! Service was fast and my entire large order ( which was all special orders) were done correctly! Can't get that anywhere else! Thank you!!!!

Verry rare of this location to make a mistake and when they do they more than correct it!! They just corrected a mistake of another store for me!! Hayley D the manager took great care of the holly rd stores mistake and made my bad experience tacoriffic!! Appreciate it! Keep up the good work.

When I left with my order I was very upset, I realized I was missing items, and one of my tacos was wrong. I am still giving them 5 stars because I understand mistakes happen, and the staff was very friendly, remade my order correctly, and gave me coupons. Tracy the manager was very nice and understanding aswell. Way to make it up to me taco bell.

Seconds after I arrived my order was taken and in a few minutes my order was ready. The staff were extremely friendly and they made my order just as I ask for. They all worked together as a team and if I could I would give them 10 🌟. Great job 👍 guys, keep up the good work!

My favorite Taco Bell, not just because it's nearby, but because they're always quick and efficient.

There have been a couple mistakes in their past, some burritos aren't quite the right size, while others take like cinnamon sugar. But overall, their accuracy is well above the average, extending into the realms of amazing.

Seriously, I love this Taco Bell. In all of the times I've been here, and for all of the food over ordered, several with incredibly complicated requests, they've only ever made three mistakes.

Less than 1% of 1%.

Google Fam let me tell y'all about this Taco Bell! The service was fast, fun, and friendly didn't feel like we were at a Taco Bell it felt like we were at a comedy club these guys were 100% legit and FUNNY as the land down under with some thunder lol I tell you what IF these guys ever quit working here they can DEFINITELY make it as a comedy duo! Apollo and Quan! Thank y'all so much for the amazing food experience HOT, FRESH, AND SUPER DELICIOUS! Y'all rock! The Bat Fam will DEFINITELY be coming back for the food and the laughs!

Those who complain about the drive thru, well if you weren't a complete idiot, you'd see a line and know that it will take time. You don't know the situation on the inside either. Could be short staff, or the fact that multiple orders of 15 items or more will take time. Do not complain if you are one of those people. We all make mistakes, so if something is messed up, it will get fixed if you say something. But don't come criticizing this store when we all have made simple mistakes.
