The food is always amazing ,warm and quick.the people are great and they even helped me carry my tray to my table,I’m impressed!

They always take great care of me! I made a mistake and dropped some food tonight and they were so gracious to replace it for me! Tank you so much. Best drive through in Creek.

They need to fix there sign there cheesy tots are a little expensive for my taste

Always greeted with a Smile. Very polite and always tell me Thank You.

You get to order from a human. You get the food you want. You don't have to worry about whether what you ordered will be on the bag. Current favorite for breakfast or lunch.

Probably the happiest burger king employees you will ever see. Employees seemed to not be too stressed and joking around with us. Also the freshest fast food I had ever gotten

Food was as usual, very good!
I like Burger King, because the meat tastes like it's been charcoal barbecued.
That's the taste I'm always looking for. I used the drive thru. Easy to see from the street. Clean parking area, good food!

***UPDATE*** I'm not sure what's going on lately. The past several weeks, the service here has been bad. I'm talking Miller Rd. Swartz Creek McDonald's bad! I didn't think another fast food chain could get that bad, but it has. Used to love this location over any other. I'm not sure if there's a new owner or new management, but the service is Terrible! Long waits at the drive thru, really long waits. More than 15 minutes. Food orders are incorrect. Ask for cheese and dont get it. Ask for onion rings and get fries instead. No ice in the drink and get extra ice. Ask for condiments and one in the bag. Also, no napkins. I sure hope that this is just a temporary issue, and things get fixed. I'd hate to have to say that the KING has fallen...

***Another Update***
The posted hours on the building and online are not correct. It's Sunday and they are supposed to be open till midnight, but it's 6 pm, and they are closed...The King is Dead!

Such friendly staff went above and beyond to make my 16 month old daughter so happy. If baby is happy, mom and dad are happy.
Then an elderly man came in shortly after. He clearly needed a kind ear and they gave it to him. Thanks ladies (and gent) for literally making my day. You never know who really needs the extra kindness… so give it to everyone!

This location is by far my favorite! Every time I go through the drive-through there’s a older gentleman who is so friendly, without failure. On a product level, this is the only Burger King that I have been to in Michigan who is fries always are crispy and taste like they change their oil frequently which is so huge for me! I’m pregnant, I’m picky, and this place always seems to get it right. I have a strong feeling that the guy I deal with in the window is the manager of this location, if he is not then he definitely deserves a raise.

We've had good luck with this location. Fresh, hot food, prepared as expected. Short staffed at times, so double check your orders. We get good deals with coupons we receive in the mail. Thanks, Burger King!

Even with the labor shortage, this establishment is great on service. Their food is hot and they get you through very quickly. Good job to the day crew!! Keep it up!!

This location is one of the best I've been to. Service is quick and easy. Food is prepared well. The lobby and bathrooms are clean. I am not a fan of the back entrance situation but it's not hard to deal with. I'd recommend coming in from the front. I go out of my way to come here.

Stopped in to grab a gluten free Whopper. They were very helpful and offered the idea of packets of mayo instead of the large blob on top given by most other locations. This is how we specifically ask for it now. Great staff.

Great quick service...never really long lines..you can get your food and be on the road quick..great place to stop if your on a road trip and need some food..nice friendly staff .great quick service..and your food is hot!!

Just had the Impossible Whopper and I have to say I'm impressed. That was a really great burger for being free of beef. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a meatless alternative burger.
