Instant Urgent Care

I was visiting from out of town and packing up to leave to another destination, when I realized I needed to go to urgent care. I only had to wait as long as it took to process my out of network insurance. Everyone was highly professional and explained my options. Before I left, I had a treatment plan and prescription and arranged for a follow-up video conference 2 days later since I would be on the road. Great customer service.

Have had 3 successful visits with instant urgent. I’ve always had bad experiences with urgent cares so this place was a welcome surprise. The receptionist man was super polite and kind and professional and the NP helped me diagnose an issue I’ve been experiencing for a while. Love this place! Also they saw me SUPER quickly every single time.

The treatment I received from R. Mahrukh was better than 99% of the hospital doctors I have seen in my adult life. Smart, human and resourceful. She went out of the way to provide the best treatment, advice and info. Easy access care too.

Originally went there because I knew of the previous clinic. Found out it had new ownership, but everyone was pretty nice. I'm never in a hurry when going to any clinic, but things went pretty quick and easy for me.

Was able to get a simple test and a follow up with prescription. So far so good. 👍

Dr. Derek is excellent! He is very polite and helpful. I did my annual health check up and the place is in a very convenient location. There is also a Quest Diagnostic lab located in the same location inside Safeway next to it for blood tests etc which is a great plus point and is time saving. My overall experience is that Dr. Derek is very kind & explained my health related concerns really well & I would definitely recommend this place. The staff members are also friendly. First time using this service when I thought I may have strep throat and needed to see a doctor ASAP. I was not able to find availability until I came across Instant Urgent Care. I was able to make a telehealth/virtual appointment within 30 min and was seen quickly. The PA was able to assess my situation over the web cam and provided the proper care. Thank you so much for providing this service and it's covered by United Healthcare insurance!

The staff are truly professionals, knowing their jobs, and their health care. I am a volunteer, first responder, so I understand the health care system. I hope to keep this clinic in my speed dial, as I deal with a lot of sick and injured people in my work, ( I'm actually retired ) , Keep up the good work Alicia, you go girl.

I had a video appointment for my prescription meds to be refilled. The appointment started on time, the practitioner was polite, kind and very efficient. She took care of what I needed and a timely manner, and I am very happy with the experience and would do this again.

I have been here couple of times for urgent need when my PCP office turned me down. Dr Derek was super in determining the root cause of chest pain by doing instant ekg and blood tests. Really glad I went here. The entire staff was very supportive. Thanks again for awesome service!

Alen is nice. And front desk staff is also good. You won't be disappointed. Quick and easy appointments with less wait time. I like it here and it is a go to place for any health issue.

Reasonably priced visit. Was willing to fix my issue same day. I was paying out of pocket so they gave me different care options to pick from, based on budget. Would definitely recommend.

I was honestly surprised at how good this place is compared to other urgent care offices I've been to. They seemed really on top of things, fast, clean, organized, I don't have a bad word to say about them so far. And the variety of services they claim to offer is impressive, I might try out their other ones.

I thought my 3 year old had a flu or a bad cold but it wasn’t getting better so we scheduled an appointment on their website, which was fast and easy(I was able to get one within 30 minutes but it was 11 am on a Friday so I can’t say it’s always like this) and were seen on time.Dr.Kaur was informative, had a calm energy which helped me probably more than my girl, and was caring.I did not feel rushed to leave,I did not feel like she was giving me meds without really caring what was going on and most importantly she seemed genuinely concerned about my baby.She made us feel seen and cared for and all I want when entering any healthcare facility is to feel like my kids are in good hands.

Instant URGENT Care ON Arena Blvd is a very nice place. It is clean and the doctor is very knowledgeable and honest as well as the staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - INSTANT URGENT CARE!!!
